We rented a bike with JTW. They were really friendly and helpful. Moreover the bike has been well maintained and worked without any issues. You also get the number of the guy renting the bikes to get in touch with him when anything happens or just to arrange a time for the return of the bike. Additionally the price was fair and you get discount when renting the bike for more days. So I can definitely recommend JTW when you look for a bike to see all the beauty of Phuket.
Massive thanks to JTW for the bike – it made everything so much easier as a friend and I explored Phuket – being able to get around the whole place really improved our holiday with zero stress! If you need a scooter in Phuket region pick from JTW without any doubt. The owner, Paul, is the best.
We found JTW by seeing other bikes on the road, then went to his website and it got even easier from there. You can select the “what’s app” icon from the website and directly message the owner who gets back to you in record time. It was a completely hassle free experience and the best rate. We were delivered an excellent condition pretty much new bike right to our hotel garage and we were on our way. The bike was great for my partner and I, we went all over Phuket and up to Big Buddha. Paul is fantastic to deal with and was quick to provide advise with our trip. Once we were done, Paul came and picked up the bike. Anyone looking for a bike in this area should use Paul, you won’t be disappointed! We will certainly be back. Cheers Paul!
Paul and his wife were amazingly responsive to messages, bike was good quality and good value for money. With a pick up & drop off arranged easily, you cant ask for any better. Highly recommend them in amongst the confusing myriad of bike rentals in Phuket.
Paul and his wife were really friendly. The bike that we got was in a really good state as well. Everything was all good, we will definitely give Paul a call once we return to Bangtao ^^

This is how bike rental in Thailand should be done. I have traveled and lived in a few places over the years and JTW is the best place I have found to date. Bikes are great, well serviced, good selection. The prices are really competitive and you can trust that Paul (the owner) will do the right thing by you. If you need a bike in Phuket this is the rental place to get in touch with!!
Of all the bike rental that I’ve done in different countries, this was by far the best. Easy to do, good value and great service.Dealing with Paul was a breeze and very refreshing, no language barrier for starters, which always helps.The bike was a beauty and was both dropped off at the hotel in Laguna and collected when arranged. Communication with the company by email and WhatsApp before we flew out made it all the easier for getting the bike as soon as we arrived and making the most of it during the stay.Big recommendation for this company and I’m hoping to use them again in Jan ’23
