This taylors has an excellent re-education for quality and price, the service is efficient and quick, we had fittings for suit and shirts all were of the best fit and stylish too. My wife had dress blouses made and the staff were very accommodating. A good experience I would return and recommend this shop.

this is the 1st time in all my travelling I have felt the need to leave a negative reviewMy partner decided to have a look as we were passing to see if they had any suitable fabric to make some nice business dresses, as she is a dressmaker and designer herself she wanted to be the one treating herself to some well tailored garments, we found a nice blue, went through the design wanted (a simple pencil dress) they took some pictures of what she wanted and took measurements, not all that many mind you.The day after she went for 1st fitting and there were a few issues, which I know often can be having had stuff made several times before around Thailand and Vietnam, they hadn’t got the dress sitting right on her hips, was too tight and the neckline feature was the wrong side, not the end of the world and said it would be fine and they marked out what needed to change, all very confident. At this point she should have possibly took it as a warning, but decided to also have another one made in a dark blue and an A line dress made with some silk fabric bought from the weavers in Myanmar.We ended up having to visit a total of 7 times! each time we asked if tomorrow we would try on all 3 and each time a day later we arrived to find just one, the reason being is they wanted to get 1 right so they can copy for the rest, well copy they did as the A line dress was cut 5 inches too short and was NOT the cut asked for or shown in the drawings, with this being her own fabric there was not enough to redo it so then had to be changed into a 3rd pencil skirt.In the end most of the fittings were going over the same issues time and time again, and she has left with 1 out of 3 dresses that she is happy with, the original is shocking, 1 side is fitted, whilst the other has been left, presentation is awful with loose threads everywhere and stitch marks in the fabric, and a belt not the size agreed, the other is not the dress she originally wanted and the other is ok, but far from what I would expect off a tailors like this.We did go back to the shop (they were delivered to the hotel the night we were leaving) and said we were far from happy, the boss had conveniently gone home 10 mins before, he did offer to fix it (I lost count of how many time over the week he had said that to no avail) but we just wouldn’t trust they would arrive right, refund or part refund was refused but we were given some fabric to make a new one when she got home, kind of missing the point of having a tailored dress for yourself!The mens stuff may be slightly better but I wouldn’t trust them one bit, as it happened she wishes she had used the tailor I used up the road, who were accurate, friendly and presented their work much better. the only reason its not a 1 star is because he did at least make some sort of gesture at the end, but spoilt our last week and especially last day of our special (engagement!) holiday

Max has been my go to place for suits. I’ve been to a lot of tailors in Bangkok and this is the one that offers great quality, service and prices in a very comfortable environment. I was able to get a great tuxedo here for less than $250. I have another favorite shop for custom shirts but I still like the great package deal he offers as well as the grea selection of suit fabrics.
Same as other reviewers, hired a tuk tuk to show me the city, took me to a bunch of crap places and then brought me here. Its nothing but high pressure sells tactics and misrepresented products. You will get something for your money, but it will be the shoddy work of a bad craftsman who doesnt give a flying fook, and you’ll be charged through the nose for a product whose base quality is being lied about. There is one good thing about this place however, once you’ve been scammed by the best you wont get scammed by the rest!
I’ve been in the shop a couple of years ago and ordered since then twice by email (selected the fabrics in the online store). They still had my measures. Quality is excellent. Shipping arrived within one week in Europe after having sent my order.Will definitely order again or pass by the shop if I’m in Bangkok!
Max’s store in Madison WI is excellent. Max himself is wonderful to work with. I’ve had 3 suits and a few shirts made previously and he is making my tux and shirt for my wedding. They are all the best dress clothes I’ve ever purchased for both quality and the fit. Because they are bespoke, they just fit so much better than buying something off the rack and having it altered. By the time you buy a suit off the rack for several hundred dollars and then pay for alterations, you’ll come out to what it will cost you from Max, BUT the quality of fabric and workmanship from Max will be much better. Id consider his shirts to be in line with Banana Republic prices, but the fit of his shirts can’t be matched. Most guys not wearing a tie like to leave an additional button in addition to the collar undone. Most off the rack shirts even from a BR that second button may not look the way you want it to if unbuttoned, your undershirt is exposed (guys, wear v-neck not crew cut collar undershirts, thats just basic self dressing) or its higher up so you want to do a third unbuttoned. Max will measure for you so your shirt is cut the way you want it to look on you. Max is even coming to my parents house to measure my father who is disabled for my wedding which is such a huge help compared to trying to take my dad to a store and have him try on numerous suits which would be very difficult.
Walked into their store later in the day on a Friday needing a suit made for me before my flight on Monday, They were extremely helpful and willing to work with me, got all my measurements done and sent off, came back the next afternoon for my fitting, made some minor adjustments then it was off again for the final sewing. When I came in Monday morning the suit fit perfectly, the materials looked amazing and it was done at an extremely affordable price. There’s many suit shops in the area but I highly recommend everyone to go here.
Great family owned business. They provided dozens of suits for our large group. Very flexible and great to work with. Would recommend this to anyone… next time I come back I’ll get some more shirts and jackets.
