Joe and his brother run the bar in a friendly and efficient manner. The cocktails were always lovely, strong and great as a pre meal aperitif. Given the prices it would be so easy to have too many and end up regretting it but what the heck, they were great as a relaxer. Our group tried most of the cocktails on the menu and we found that the next cocktail was the new favorite! .
We spent 8 nights in Sentido Graceland Khaolak and we spent every night going to the B52 Beach bar after dinner. Great place to relax on the beach with beautiful sea breezes to keep you cool. Best cocktails in town and really good prices too. Joel and Poon run the bar and they create a very friendly, relaxing, professional environment. Also if you bring your own tunes on your iPhone, they will let you play your style of music. Take the time to go and have a drink at the bar.
Whether it’s a relaxing afternoon cocktail or a cold beer you want while lazing the day away on the beautiful Bang Sak Beach, there’s no better place to be than Joe’s B-52 beach bar (he will even supply you with a giant comfy beach pillow to lie on). Joe along with his mate Pool, are two of the nicest, friendliest guys we met on our hols at The Sentido Graceland Resort Hotel – always welcoming and very gracious. The B-52 Bar is located approx 400m to the right as you enter the beach from the hotel. We went to the bar most evenings during our stay from 03/10/16 to 16/10/16 where we were treated to a superb, friendly service by Joe, Pool & his wife Nee. They kept our glasses topped up & supplied us with free nibbles until the early hours. I enjoyed the amazing variety of cocktails they make while my husband sampled the local beer, including Tiger, Singha, Leo & Chang, or you could enjoy a Heineken if you preferred. This is the best bar you can visit if you enjoy branded spirits.One more thing to mention, if you, like us, love your music, this is definitely the place to be. If you have a favourite playlist on your phone, tablet or USB stick, Joe will let you plug in to his system & enjoy your own music while you dance the night away on the beach in the warm night air, or simply prop up the bar chatting and putting the world to rights. We met lots of lovely people from all over the world here.This is simply the best bar on the beach! Fantastic welcome in a chill out bar. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff including Joe, Dom and Pik who are all brilliant hosts. Pool is free and there are some good players there as a challenge. Not been to many bars as good at making you feel at home as this one. Went back each night we were there. You will be welcomed with open arms.
