This team is the best team for traveling with.. Mr. Shawn is very kind and helpful. He guided me so beautifully I can’t explain. He is the best person for me. I would suggest each and every one to feel free for booking with Pattaya Sightseeing company. They are best n cheap.
Poor customer service. Fraud company. Don’t book with them. Manager Shaun is very rude and took extra money for already paid services. Thry didn’t show up for pick up ontime snd when called them they spoke vety rudely and spoiled my entire trip. Never get into their trap.
The planning done by Pattaya sight seeing was good , very friendly and the team was able to help with everything we were encountered and the operator were punctual
We have taken local cab with private transfer service for 8 days for 3 people, 4 days in Phuket and 3 days in Bangkok. All the service included private transfer, guide(no guide at all) and tickets, they provide the complete schedule and amount before 1 month. Including tickets are complete fraud(will explain in detail) and they charged complete amount is 34k THB. All communication happen with Mr.Shawn on whatsapp and they promised to give premium service, so they not reduced amount and they promissed to give one extra trip if required. Started collecting money perfectly before month of trip itself as 25% amount as installments. They charged complete amount is last 25% as cash as soon as we landed in Phuket, but the service is completely reverse and very worst, again they asked to pay from our pocket at some places and said that going to refund within 2 days, but almost 15 days, no return till now, looks this is another way to cheat the customers in Thailand. Not able to call directly whatsapp number in Bangkok, that work only for whatsapp, so, this is another way to avoid the customer and cheating the tourist, I got to know after called to this number in Thailand. Here I am explaining day to day what best and worst service they provided. day-1: Pickup from the Airport by proper cab and dropped to the hotel. We are free completely half day, he promised to provide one extra trip that day, but he didn’t say us it’s chargeable. Dat-2: Pickup from the hotel by proper cab for PhiPhi Island, lot of confuse about the tickets after reached the port, he didn’t inform properly to us and to driver as well, finally got to know, he booked the tickets, again we have to pay govt tax(he didn’t inform us fairly about all exclusions). They said, very premium boat service, he booked tickets in sea angles boating, that’s over crowed, almost 35 tourists in that speed boat, no space to move little bit as well. Guide also not good, his voice is audible to front row people only. Dropped by same cab to hotel from port, but driver don’t want to stop anywhere even for food or grocery shop while going to Hotel, this is looks like completely custom by them not like private transfer. Day-3: Has to go for city tour, not responded almost 2 hours on whatsapp call or chat, Finally arranges small cab after 2 hours delay, that cab is very inconvenient. Driver don’t understand anything and not able to explain anything. Again confuse about the tickets in tiger kingdom, he took long time to respond, finally understood, we have to buy tickets(nice way to cheat). Big buddha is planed in our trip but that was closed, he didn’t arrange any extra trip. Lots of miscommunication with driver, don’t know where to drop, he will not inform anything to us, after lots of conversation, he dropped in night market. They booked again another proper cab to drop to the hotel and droped. Day-4: As per we have to go to JamesBond island by big boat. Again not responded so much time and wasted 2 hours. they said all boats are cancelled but not correct. After 2 hours, arranged proper cab to got to port where there is Tail boats for Island(he said only tail boats are available to no speed boats are available & all speed boats are cancelled). Again, lots of miscommunication about the tickets, not informed to driver neither me about buying the tickets. Lots of discussion at port to buy the tickets, finally, he said that, you can pay the money, I will refund as soon as reached to Bangkok. I Paid amount 5k THB for tail boat and food as cash and finished the trip, dropped to the hotel by same cab. We back to India 10 days back, till no refund to that amount, means this is another way of cheating the customers by paying extra again. Day-5: Picked onetime from hotel by proper cab and dropped at airport. Lots of miscommunication again at Bangkok to arrange the cab. After all, picked by proper cab in Bangkok and dropped to the hotel. booked the cruise dinner in that same day. All the Bangkok trip done by proper cab and driver not able to understand or speak english so lot of miscommunication. This is second place where he booked the tickets for cruise diner, booked the tickets in Meridian Cruise 2, that is very small and very worst seating arrangements inside and worst Indian food. Dropped back to Hotel.Day-6: Went to Safari and Marine world, he didn’t inform anything about the tickets there, finally, he told that, we have to buy the tickets, this another cheating. Day-7: Planned local temples trips, actually that should include Ayutthayya as well. Again so much nonsense discussion about Ayutthayya trip, he want to avoid,we have lot of time, we asked to take Ayutthaya, finally trip done. He will tries to cheat again that day to pay extra 3k TBH cash to driver, after that not responded at all, we clearly understood, tries to cheat, we didn’t pay anything to driver because running out of cash, clearly told to collect from agency, still he didn’t communicate to driver about the money Back to Bangkok and dropped at Platinum mall, we went to hotel by booking out own cab after finished the shoppingDay-8: Planned to go floating market, train market and dropped to Airport. We have to pay tickets by our own at floating market and not informed properly, this is another cheating. Again issue started about 3k TBH while going to airport, he didn’t pick the call and not responded any whats app messages for whole day, this is way they are cheating to customers. Finally, we showed complete trip details to driver, then he talked to someone and issue resolved. Driver dropped at airport and left, Shawn responded very late around 11pm, what is the use if not responded on-time. Again he promised to refund the money with in 2 days. He is not responding to any whats app messaged for last 7 days, so finally understood, cheated for some amount.
They promised us with so many things. But didn’t fulfill. Overcharged. Not giving any clarity about the day trip. Made us paid in some places and he said he will refund but didn’t refund till and not even responding
Made the right choice choosing these guys. Felt VIP on this trip ?Will use these guys again and avoid the busy group excursions.
Be cautious when dealing with Pattay Sighseeing company by Mr. Shawn. They don’t operate their own business directly (he also doesn’t even have phone number to contact and you can only them via whatsapp or line) but instead rely on subcontractors to provide services. While these subcontractors often strive to serve customers well, the company has a history of failing to pay them, you can read all the negative since 2019.When subcontractors terminate their agreements due to non-payment and Pattaya Sighseeing company cannot secure replacements, customers are left without the promised services. This situation creates frustration for both the subcontractors and customers, leaving everyone dissatisfied. It’s important to consider this risk before booking, as the company’s business practices might jeopardize your travel plans.
