Needed to waste an hour whilst waiting for my wife and this looked a nice clean air conditioned modern shop front place situated within the courtyard of the Top North Hotel just steps off Moonmaung Road. The rates were competitive and I paid BHT400 for an hours aromatherepy which is middle price in the old city area. They have rooms with raised tables and a hole for your face rather than on the floor that some offer. I went back another day with my wfe and had a couples massage which was equally good.
We both enjoyed different massages. They were skillful and did not chit chat between themselves which is appreciated. Looked clean. Reasonable costs. Had it not been for another review to say it was in the courtyard of a hotel we would not have been able to find it. Just a small advice – the room temperature was rather low. But probably most foreigners enjoy that, so maybe good to ask during the massage. The ladies were pleasant too. Thank you!
We had such a great experience with this place that we went back two nights in a row and then were hugely disappointed to find out that after our second night, the staff was taking several days off to go to the beach! We really could have just camped out there if it had been possible. My husband and I both had Thai massage. Tim–we love you! Tim was a small woman who packs a powerful punch! It was our first experience with Thai massage (although we had other experiences afterwards and Mandara was best) and there were times that my husband swears that Tim was suspended in midair. The whole process is something like massage, yoga and wrestling. The experience was very helpful to my husband’s back which was not in great shape. I enjoyed it tremendously as well. It felt good and made for some good stories upon our return. My daughter and I also had other types of massage and manicure/pedicure. All were well done and pleasant. The place was clean and the staff friendly and peaceful. I definitely recommend the spa.
We were back in CHIANGMAI and staying at our regular HOTEL And as usual visited favourite SPA MANDARA.Every body knows us well and we are sure to get a great Service here.My favourite therapist BUAKAM was there and she takes care of my BACK.I am proud to say that we have been coming to this SPA from the day present owner CHIN TOOK over and will be back on our next visit also.WE highly recommend this place to EVERYONE
The coconut massage was amazing, staff were great and the free tea and biscuits after were much appreciated! We just showed up and they say they could fit us in 20 minutes later if we just wanted to wait around by the pool (where there’s an lovely little shack selling young coconuts, beers, soft drinks etc).
I am a regular visitor to CHIANG MAI AND always stay at Topnorth hotel and this spa is in The hotel itself and I have been coming to this spa for many years. This year they completed 5th anyversery. All the staff knows us and takes good care of us ALL of them are experts. My wife likes the pedicure and manicure and I prefer traditional thai massage and my favourite therapist Buakom is always there for the best massage I ever had. The owner CHIN is a wonderful person and takes care of the appointments. The tea and cookies after the massage is good. We recommend that any visitor to CHIANG MAI must try this spa the price is right and place is clean

Body Treatments, Facial Treatments, and Waxing are available, as are Manicures and Pedicures.To make things less expensive they have package deals and promotions.Come to Mandara and be pamperd.

3 of us showed up without warning and got facials and full body Thai massages. The massages were awesome! The facials were not my favorite but not bad. I also got a pedicure that was just ok. For all three treatments, I spent $30 US. Staff were nice. Tea and cookies after treatment.
