We (2 adults + 2 kids, 16 and 8 yo) made a full day trip with Hartt Voyages on 8 Jan 2023 on Silver 31. The crew made a perfect plan with snorkelling at the start and than hopping multiple locations at Phang Nga Bay, including visiting a cave, kayaking and a lunch at secluded tiny beach with a direct view of Khao Ping Kan from it. Our special thanks to the crew and our host Max for their attention and impeccable service.
Very expensive Velasco 43 charter i.e 130,000 Baht (3700 USD) for full day 8 hours. Brochure said 4 crew but only 3 crew showed up. Not really flexible when it came to route change to Krabi given severe weather. We picked Phi Phi Island but very rough waves so please don’t go there with small children under average weather. Poor judgement of weather and sea waves causing guests and one cabin crew threw up. Average food and beverage given such price. Need to consider further if traveling with children.
The worst yacht trip I have ever been period. Just last week, we stayed in Phuket for 5 nights and thought to give this a try as a unique experience. The trip costs around USD 3700 -3800 depending on exchange rate., including lunch and 2 captains and 1 host. This price for a 43 yacht, in Phuket, is in my opinion, a 5-star equivalent for a hotel. For example we stayed 5 nights in a 5 star hotel chain with a decent room, and in total the room rates cost less than this boat trip. The “horrible” part was that the company or captain did not do their job to tell us it was simply not ok to go that day, especially not with kids. The whole way to phiphi island was rainy stormy and shaky. Throughout that 9 hours, it was literally vomit and tears (and lots of sleep for the kids) all 3 kids and both adults sea sick, and had to take pills; my kid got sick the day after. Even the host / waitress threw up. They did not offer better alternative route. The vice captain did try to make it up by good attitude, but the captain did not give a sxxx about any of us and seemed just want to storm through the wind with a brave heart…. We were expecting top notch service and experience, but the food was similar to what you get from 7 elevenThe host seemed to have little experience hosting, eg dont expect table setting and get ready to ask for everything yourself. Condition of the yacht, soso, again it is definitely not luxury.I really regretted going there, hope this will save you.

great company to deal with, everything ran perfectly on the day, would highly recommend to use when in Phuket and you want to avoid being on a boat which has numerous other people on it. Staff were very friendly and helpfull throughout the day taking photos and videos for us and then sending them to us after the voyage
