Fantastic service throughout, the best company we have ever sailed with. We chartered a 38ft monohull with very little notice and it was waiting for us in pristine condition. The boat was prepared and maintained to a much higher level than we have seen from some of the other big names. When we arrived we were greeted as the taxi door opened and all our luggage and provisions unloaded before we’d stepped out of the taxi! We went to sign some documents at the office, and by the time we made it to the boat 10minutes later, all our provisions were unpacked, bags on board & most importantly beers on ice!Ae took us through every element of the boat and really took pride in his role, he was on hand whenever we had any questions throughout our charter, either through the phone they had provided onboard or on WhatsApp. Adam the manager is there to make sure everything runs smoothly and accommodated everything we could have hoped for and more.Huge thank you to all the team, we’ll definitely use Asia Marine again!(Tip: Remember to consider your provisioning if you want to buy international wine, and that the larger supermarkets only sell alcohol at certain times during the day)
My family & I had another excellent Catamaran (Lucia 40) Bareboat Charter experience with Asia Marine this year. This was our 3rd bareboat charter out of Yacht Haven Phuket with Asia Marine in the past two years. Adam and his staff are kind, accommodating and helpful. Top notch professionals all the way. If your considering taking a bareboat charter out in southern Thailand I would give Asia Marine a call. The boats are well maintained (Ae the chief engineer is great), clean and appointed properly for cruising Phang Nga Bay. I recommend a 5 night 6 day loop around the two National Parks. Easy 20NM hops between excellent anchorages with good holding in beautiful protected small bays & coves. Joshua A. Thompson

My friends and I just completed a 5 day charter with Asia Marine on the 46ft Catamaran Lola 2. We have been chartering yachts around the world every year for the past 15 years and this was probably one of the best charters that we have ever experienced. Adam and the rest of the base staff at Yacht Haven Marina are very friendly, extremely efficient and super to deal with. We were on board and on our way within 30 minutes of arriving at the charter base. Prior to departure, the base staff were very helpful with suggestions and tips for our sailing itinerary. The boat was exceptionally well prepared, extremely clean and well provisioned. We opted to take a chef (Ann) and a host/deckhand (Sen) who were both excellent. The food and service on board was five stars and I highly recommend them both to everyone looking to charter with Asia Marine. All features and equipment on the yacht worked perfectly for our charter proving that good engineering maintenance has been provided consistently (unlike some of our previous experiences with other charter companies). Overall this was a very enjoyable and relaxing trip with spectacular views, beaches and great sailing. I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking for a 5* sailing experience. (FYI, we booked again for next year as soon as we returned to the marina)
We had the best experience with Asia Marine. We chartered a sailboat for 5 days. Adam was incredible, as was Ae. They were incredibly helpful every step of the way. Communicative and supportive. We will absolutely be returning here. Couldn’t recommend this place more.
We charted a Cat for 8 days sailing around Phuket. Adam and the team were awesome firstly letting us roll over our booking that was delayed due to Covid restrictions then providing helpful advice on where to go and what to do.Thanks for everything would highly recommend Asia Marine

We chartered a Lucia 40 Cat for a week from Asia Marine. Adam and the team were great and very knowledgeable of the area. The boat was excellent and we had the most awesome time travelling through the national park and to the islands south of Phuket. This trip was special to us as a family as it had been delayed 3 years during covid interruptions. Asia Marine had let us roll over the booking for this time without issue. Highly recommended for a family get away!!!
We chartered a Saona 47 from AsiaMarine for 16 days in May this year. We had a few days of rain at the end of May but otherwise the weather was great. We used the aircon during the night only and some family members found it too noisy but we were able to have a great night’s rest with it on. Aircon is definitely essential! The water maker worked without any problems and we changed the filters towards the end of our trip according to our ship’s manual. There was enough bedding and towels on board which was great. Also lots of packing space for all the groceries, snorkel gear and everyone’s luggage. We wanted to use the sails as much as possible and the wind was adequate so the sailors in our family were happy. We also trawled as we sailed and caught a needlefish and a few barracuda so the fishing family members were kept busy and happy as well. We headed south from the Marina down to the Koh Racha islands where eventually there is no longer cellphone reception and the snorkeling is fantastic and made all of us extremely happy! We can also recommend the five islands of Koh Haa for snorkeling and scuba. Fantastic – water clarity, corals and the fish, all of it!The staff at AsiaMarine, right from the initial enquiry through the booking process and then at the marina in Phuket- friendly, helpful and they really went over and above to make us feel welcome. We had an awesome, awesome family holiday. The only stress we experienced was organizing our visas for Thailand. We live in Namibia and had to send our passports and all documentation to an agency in South Africa. Last year we dealt directly with the Thai embassy in Pretoria and everything went smooth and easy but now we have to deal with an agency and it was painful!! But we got our passports just in time. There were so many Namibian, South African, and Thai holidays all around that time so next time we will plan better. The agency has a Namibian branch on their website but it hasn’t even opened yet but hopefully one day it will which will make it much easier.
