We used Hua Hin Cab as a private car taxi to Hua Hin and were incredibly unsatisfied: driver was on his phone the whole time, incredibly aggressive driving, honking and tailing other cars and was generally unpleasant.I am so happy and satisfied that we found MS NA taxi service for our return to Bangkok: the car was cleaner, the driver was much safer and never got on his phone and drove at safe speeds. MS NA was excellent using WhatsApp for communication and confirmation of the transport times, thanks again and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this service!

We needed transportation between Bangkok and Hua Hin on a recent trip to Thailand. Having done a bit research we chose Ms Na, and were really pleased with the service.Really good communication via WhatsApp before and on the day of both events (return journey also booked) which was much appreciated. Our driver offered us a loo break on both journeys (approx half way between). Very courteous and efficient service and even had an upgraded vehicle on the outbound journey without additional charge- they had a spare vehicle and offered the upgrade for free. Cost us 1900 baht (approx £41.80) from our hotel in Bangkok to Hua Hin and then we opted for a larger vehicle for the return at 2200 baht (£48.40). Really good value and wouldn’t hesitate to book again in future- we will definitely be going back to Hua Hin.
Ms Na’s local taxi service is excellent and we highly recommend her. We used them for transfers to and from Bangkok, as well as hiring a driver for a day around the Hua Hin area. The cars were all very clean and well-maintained. Different drivers had different English fluency but Ms Na was always available by WhatsApp for communication and changes throughout the day. Ms Na and her driver were very flexible on our day trip, adding a few hours and a boat trip through the mangroves to what we’d planned. Ms Na even called ahead to have a boat waiting for us. We’ll definitely use Ms Na’s taxi service again when we return to Hua Hin.

Outstanding experience at a fair price. We were provided with a comfortable and clean car with an excellent driver. Our journey from Hua Hin to Bangkok entailed 3 stops. We were given very good advice on how to plan our itinerary. The driver spoke basic English and we had no trouble communicating. Would highly recommend.
