We had a great Time! Family of 5 ( 4 adults and 1 child) Siam runs a very good cooking class. We cooked 6 dishes, learned how to cook basic Thai food, Great teacher and assistant. The food was fresh ( veg, chicken, prawns) Siam Has a very good sense of humour. Defiantly will recommend.Thank you very much for fantastic afternoon!
Booked this cookery course for my husband for his birthday. We travelled by cab (my daughter and I) along with 1 other ‘chef’ that had ben picked up from his hotel en route. There were only 2 of them cooking so there was plenty of one to one time with the teacher. The ingredients were laid out well and the dishes were explained and at every stage. The kitchen is set in an outdoor space and so there is lots of ventilation – it was very hot even though it was evening time. My husband chose several dishes to make and we could each try them at the end; there was so much food. Luckily the other ‘chef’ liked more ild food and so did my daughter, but we like spicy food – so it was a win win! There was more than enough food to take home too. My husband got a cook book at then and we’ve used it many times. You can also purchase aprons, etc. Well worth it.
Honestly such an amazing experience. My friend and I wanted to learn to cook Thai food and couldn’t be happier with the time we had. The owners/instructors were so sweet to us and made sure we understood everything. The amount of food we made/ate was much more than expected, so make sure you go hungry!
It is low season and somewhat to our benefit the class was just the 3 (2 adults +1 child) of us. Our child spectated n was our additional photographer & food taster. Pick up at hotel in Ao Nang was punctual and within 10min, we were at their cooking school. When booking you had to pre- select from a menu of dishes to cook. The course gave you 6 local dishes to cook from 25+ choices. The place was clean and our cooking teacher was Pin, a pleasant but firm teacher. Her English was quite good (for a local). She did well to simplify and explain the ingredients, cooking process and occasionally stopping to take photos of us. Needless to say the food we cooked was yummy but I’d say it was down to her recipes (which is all provided in a booklet you keep) that did the trick. Highly recommended.
Absolutely loved this experience, it went beyond our expectations! They picked us up at the hotel, drove us to a quaint open kitchen surrounded by a beautiful garden and let us select several Thai dishes to cook. Our master chef took time to explain to us all of the ingredients and go through the recipes and guide us through the chopping and actual cooking. Everything tasted delicious! Make sure you go hungry as there is a lot of food. By the end of the course you get a recipe book to take home. Do not miss out on this experience!!
We took the class and it was just the two of us.We choose the dishes and cooked everything. We ate a lot… And we got the curry and other main as a take away home for diner so that was great. We really enjoyed the experience. The cook explained all the different ingredients and everything was well prepared. We had nothing to worry about but enjoyHighly recommended

We had an amazing time! The cooking area was very well organized and very clean. We made 6 different dishes and had so much food! This is a family run business and they made us feel very welcome and appreciated our visit. We even received a booklet of the recipes to take home.Highly recommend this experience!
Now I know how to do it properly without packets or jars. You’re science how to prep your ingredients, cook them into a gorgeous dish and then enjoy your masterpieces. I’d recommend it to anyone
Great experience,couldn’t fault it. Very clean, organised and just so much fun. Cooked everything myself, plus a very informative talk re ingredients was given to kick off the session. I cook thai all the time but honestly picked up so many great tips during this lesson. Loved it.
