I was unable to rent a car at the last minute to go to Surat Thani from Phuket and I chanced upon his website. He was very prompt in replying and was punctual during the pickup. The communication was smooth and the car was so comfortable. He is a very safe but fast driver and we reached our destination slightly earlier than anticipated. Thank you so much!!
The worst thing is the driver can’t speak even basic english. We had to use translator app to talk very basic thing to him.Before we reached our first destination, he said to us (using very poor english that took us a long time to understand) that he was going to pick his friend up at King power, which is a duty free shop. We rejected because we booked the car for 6hours (time was limited enough).It’s funny to have him setting how much time we have to spend in a place we want. We were dropped off at old phuket town & he told us to meet him after 40minutes. HELLO? I thought it’s up to us how much time we wanted to spend ? We didn’t bother him anyway n spent as we planned. It was a rainy day whole day so we changed our plan to go to Central phuket shopping mall instead for our last stop. He drove us to a GEM STORE and ask us to shop there for 30minutes. He said it’s free.(As we know they’ll get commision for bringing customers there?). No. we wudnot want to spend any minute in a gem store for sure thus we rejected once more. I read alot of reviews before decided to book Mr.Nicky’s taxi but i ended up very disappointed.
I got Nicky’s details through google when we were in Splash Beach Resort Mai Khao Phuket from than till the last day we were at Phuket we used his cab services.Firstly, he is so prompt and committed that we get the same what we were advised at the time of booki g whether it was Toyota Innova or Toyota FortunerWe took servoces two times 1. From Splash Beach Resort Mai Khao to Novotel Patong2. From Novotel beach resort Patong to Phuket I international Airport And the rates were too reasonable. Whenever in Patong recommended to opt servoces from Nicky. He is always available on his whatsapp.So don’t worry about the communication

We used Nicky for multiple trips around Phuket and he was excellent every time. When he himself could not pick us up, he used a network of drivers who all had safe and modern vehicles. The rates are less expensive than taxis ordered by hotels or those on the street. His communication was excellent via WhatsApp, he will confirm details with a response form and let you know who is picking you up in advance. Plus he’s a really nice guy!

I had contacted Nicky a couple of days prior to our arrival at Phuket Airport. I received an instant email and WhatsApp confirmation. He explained about accessing free Wifi at Phuket Airport and where he would be for our pickup. Up on accessing Wifi at the airport, I received another WhatsApp message and a picture of a placard with my name written on it. On exiting the airport, we soon found Nicky. He is an extremely pleasant and professional person and I found his rates to be very reasonable. I will definitely recommend his service and use him again.
