We booked Dhara to come into our hotel for massages both nights we were at Nai Yang. Masseuses were very good, clean and professional, prices were extremely reasonable.
AMAZING!!!!! I had a coconut body Massage and a facial massage. We are really often in Thailand, but I have never had a massage like this. Thank you for this experience, it was fantastic. See you in the next days.
I have been visiting Phuket and Naiyang for 15yrs or so and enjoy receiving Thai oil massage almost on a daily basis. Dhara Massage has been operating for about 6yrs, it is one of many massage shops in and around Naiyang Beach, however in my opinion it is the best massage shop in Naiyang and probably the area. The shop is owned by Nong who speaks excellent English, cares passionately about her business and her customers as do her staff, the shop has comfortable chairs and stools for foot and leg massage, beds for oil and thai massage and private rooms for couples, families for shared massage, body scrubs etc. The shop is always immaculately clean, it has a calm tranquility and a wonderful smell. At the end of a treatment there is the option of a herbal or ginger tea, water and a sesame biscuit. The shop has justifiably achieved an excellent reputation, it gets very busy and it is well worth booking to avoid disappointment.
On arriving I was given a chilled bottle of water while selecting which massage I wanted. I chose a one hour oil massage and was shown inside to a cool private booth. I received an excellent massage, just the right pressure and a mix of soothing and more challenging pressure. Afterwards a tea and sesame snack awaited.
I’ve had two massages now and they were both first class. So relaxing and very thorough. My therapist asked how hard or gentle I would like the massage and she responded well firmon my back she got rid of all the knots and gentle on my legs. Spotlessly clean I would recommend
I had a coconut oil full body massage. It was an amazing experience. The venue was clean and quiet and my masseur had magic fingers. I would highly recommend a massage here.
Have you ever gone for a massage and felt you wanted it to end before you were even halfway through? Dhara is not that place. The ladies here are energetic and give a professional massage. This will not be a lacklustre rub down. Probably one of the only places in all of Phuket where staff do not chat to each other while attending to you. These women are highly respectful of your needs and take pride in their work. My husband and I had a massage with them everyday over a week and could not fault their technique at all. We were nervous about whether their standards might have dropped compared to pre covid but so happy they seem even better than we remembered.The salon is spotlessly clean and smells amazing. We have had massages over a 20 year period in just about every corner of Phuket . Dhara remains one of our favourites.
Decided to do a search on TA to see who provided quality Thai massages in the Nai Yang area and this place came up tops. Well, it was superb. We’ve had heaps of massages during our time here but this quite possibly was the best. Wife, teen daughter and self. Highly recommended.
Very nice experience overall! We did the Thai with oil for 1hr and it was very good. The therapists were checking about pressure level and gave emphasis on the areas that they found they needed more attention. I found that very helpful as I haven’t logged many massage hours.Tip: it is usually busy so if you have the chance stop by and book, otherwise you may have to wait 15-20 mins, but they give water and you can chat with the lady who is very nice!! Definitely coming back to try the traditional Thai massage.
