We had a wonderful day out with mister AK (the ‘hat man’). He foremost of all ensured our group safety and informed us very well on all activities and expositions during the day but also talked about the culture, habits and history of the Thai and their country. All of this is alternated with a nice respectful humor keeping the group spirit high. Thank you mister AK and your driver, we had a stunning unforgettable day tour with you!
Interesting tour a few hours outside Bangkok. Lots of people on the train and canals. Tour is about 2 hours outside of Bangkok.
The floating market was wonderful! As seen on TV! However, beware; the vendors are very aggressive about force-feeding you their merchandise. You have to pay for the restroom with substandard conditions. Most of the tour was spent on the road, attempting to beat the Bangkok traffic. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and taught us how to bargain so that we would not be taken advantage of. Although I would not rate the overall experience with a 5, the price was a steal, so I’m satisfied.
a beautiful experience that should definitely be tried in Bangkok.. maybe a long way, almost 5 hours drive round trip, but the floating market was worth it, a unique experience, maybe the train market is less but if u have time in Bangkok, I would recommend this experience
