Lower standard that I could expect from 5 stars hotel. The voucher was not that cheap compared to other hotels. 90 mins spa but I did less than 90mins without informing that they cut my time as I came late for 10 mins. No information of any other facility that the spa has. Staff only do what they need to do following the standard but just ignore the quality. The massages was okay. Only that I felt okay. Sorry to say other that that were minus. I never complained any spa I went even it’s not impressed but I just want them to improve it. W is very nice hotels in many countries that I visited. I hope Bkk will be like other places as well.

Great and comfy. Everything was so impressive right from the reservation. Khun Nina, the spa reservation, went over the expectation. I had to go online for a meeting the hour before the spa. So I consulted with her where, like a hotel bar or a restaurant that are open, that I can work before the spa. She gave all the details and finally offered that I can actually sit at a nail spa room, which is vacant, for the meeting so that I can have a privacy. Khun Au, the therapist is great. She was professional and I was so relaxed under her care. A guy named Khun Dong from the fitness also has great service mind. It was not his job, but he helped someone else, who was busy, to take my take-home order so willingly and energetically. Truly such a great team W has! Congratulations!

I chose Away Spa for a Birthday gift for my wife, and wow she was so happy for the moment we set foot until we left I want to thank the Manager Nina for taking care of us and ensuring we had the best possible experience. I highly recommend this Spa not cheap but worth every penny .
I visited here because of my friends. Amazing massage! I had Drain away massage 90 min. It was outstanding! Therapist is so professional and good take care and also love the scent of massage oil which made me so relax. The treatment room is so unique with special lighting selection.Apart of this, I had special time to enjoy facilities which made me so comfortable before massage. I will come back again. I highly recommend ones who would love such a great spa.. Please visit.
Oil massage was excellent. Great spa. Highly recommend a therapist named Aor – truly fantastic. Also for guests it appears a foot massage.by the pool while tanning is available – hot tip.

This is my favourite spa and massage place in Bangkok. The staff are professional, friendly and very good at their job. My mum and I visited there a few times and we have had Kwan, Joy and Or who have all been amazing. My mum has back issues and this is the only spa in Thailand that she can go to that provides instant relief! Also enjoy the modern vibe with steam, sauna and the Jacuzzi that are part of the facilities. My only issue is the funky pop music they play instead of the spa music but I can live with that because everything else is wonderful. Easy to get to on the Skytrain at Chong Nonsi stop.
Absolutely the best spa experience we have ever had! Reason enough to come to Bangkok in and of itself. Great massage and very cool spa facility.
