Phi phi Island – HorrorWent on this tour with Phuket Island Tours – ended up with Andaman Ferries – got collected from hotel at 7am & dropped back @ 7pm. 12 hours of breathing in toxic fumes- from taxi van leaving boot open whilst waiting for other passengers to queuing to get on ferry boat fumes really bad – then had to transfer from one ferry to another mid ocean – no safety measures at all & fumes so intoxicating took our breath away even with towel covering our airways – the next part of the tour was to transfer to yet another boat to bring us to the totally polluted island of Phi Phi. What resonated with me most from this tour is how badly the environment is being ruined & exploited- there is nothing to see on this island only ruin down ramshackled buildings – nothing is idilic here. The tour basically consisted of a bumpy road trip – a rocky horror ferry trip & just when you thought you couldn’t take any more you found you had to dig deep because there was yet another ferry to be boarded mid ocean to bring you to another boat to reach the shores of Phi Phi Island. After 5 hours travelling and breathing in obnoxious fumes you had 2 hours on land. One could snorkel on shore or pay extra to get on board yet another rocky boat to snorkel the polluted bay. Then it’s back the way you came boat by boat fume by fume. Also you get sea sick tablet before you board but for some poor souls this does not work – saw some so effected from rough trip & fumes nearly fall overboard – one woman fainted or was knocked unconscious from fumes. The best part of the trip was when we got back to where we started from after waisting a whole day of our holiday. We also have other trips booked with Phuket Island Tours but have decided not to go. FORE WARNED IS FOREARMED.

Absolute crooks will steal your money. Booked a trip to phi phi islands and the shuttle never came. They blamed us for not being in the lobby. We waited in the lobby for 1:30 hours . Went back to get a refund and they would not refund us are money. Worst service I ever experienced in Thailand

This was a amazing day out. The Tigers where amazing Also got to meet young elephants. There rest of tour was fine. No complaints about the tour.
picked up late – rushed through experiences and cultural sites, spent more time at commercial locations like bee factory, jewellery stores etc. No time for lunch. Disappointing .
