We had Yoh as our private guide and she was phenomenal in both her knowledge, personality and professionalism. Phuket Goodwill tours was part of booking we had with Expedia for airport transfers. We met Yoh at our hotel the following day and I thought here we go add ons. It was the best thing that could have happened. Yoh has exceptional customer service! She helped us select day activities which we didn’t even think of as we decided to book our trip a few days before we left. On a few occasions I’ve messaged Yoh questions and she has been very quick to reply and update us. I’m in sales and I can tell she has an honest approach when it came to showing us day tours etc and what was available and not available. I’ll recommend goodwill tours to anyone and keep up the outstanding work Yoh.
We were met by Tipp at our hotel the morning after we arrived. At the airport we were given an envelope and asked to read the information inside and choose what tours if any, we wanted to do. Therefore, it was easy for us to advise her.Tipp booked all our trips immediately and gave us a receipt, which we were to take with us on the day. We did the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary and the Island Coach Tour. We have to say having travelled to quite a few countries in our lifetime. These are the best tours we have ever been on and worthwhile doing them. We dont want to spoil it for you, so we won’t tell you what they are about. As it was my wife’s 50th birthday whilst in Thailand, my intention was to buy her an eternity ring when we got back home as we had also just celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary. However, on the Island Coach Tour, one of the places you visit makes handmade jewellery. We actually found a beautiful ring. However, you need your passport details. The reason I am telling you about this part is because we had a photo of our passports on our phone. So, if you are doing this tour and are planning to surprise someone special, make sure your passport photo is on your phone. Otherwise, we would not have been able to buy the ring. Tipp also advised that we could contact her at any time and she would always respond. We decided to book a Thai cooking class a few days before we planned to do it. Unfortunately, my wife took ill the day after we booked. We notified Tipp and she was able to advise us the latest point we could cancel. It was unfortunate that we had to cancel the Thai cooking class as my wife never got better. Again, Tipp handled this promptly. I would definitely recommend using Phuket GoodWill Tours. They are very professional and quick to respond if you have an issue. The vehicles are clean, modern have AC with good drivers.
We have never used a Tour Company before but from our first meeting with Tipp from Phuket Goodwill Tour’s in the lobby of our Hotel, our holiday took a fantastic turn for the better. We had a list of things that we wanted to do and Tipp made suggestions that fitted into our expectations/requirements. From a 7hr “Personal Guided Tour” to visiting Tiger Park, Flying Hanuman, The Elephant Jungle Sanctuary, both Bond and Phi Phi Islands, Tipp and her staff provided expert guidance and assistance. She was always easy to contact and able to help with all and any of our requests. We would thoroughly recommend Phuket Goodwill Tour’s for anyone travelling to Phuket.
We met Tipp at our hotel and she offered us a trip round the islands in a private boat. On the day we were collected from our hotel and dropped at the marina where we met T, our guide for the day. Mr Coffee and Mr Sugar were on board to drive the boat and look after us. We toured but to Phang Nga Island, then around the bay taking in the scenery to the canoe experience through some of the open caves. From there we went round the islands to the James Bond island where we spent a bit of time wondering around and then to the floating island for a lovely Buffett lunch. On the way back home we stopped at a secluded beach, and the busier Naka island for a drink. The trip was amazing, worth every penny and our guides were outstanding. Lots of knowledge and really looked after us with drinks and fresh fruit. The most perfect day.
From the moment we stepped out of the arrivals hall to the minute we were dropped back to the airport, there couldn’t have been anything more that Tipp and her fantastic crew could have done for my partner and I and another couple to enhance our holiday.We were greeted with smiling faces and such professionalism The collection from the airport was flawless, the driver was waiting as soon as we came out of the arrivals hall.We were shuttled to the hotel in the heart of Phuket, the driver had water and cold towels for us for the journey.Tipp met us the following day to discuss our needs and nothing was an issue for her.We booked a boat trip on the Mook Noi 3, a trip to the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary, Quad Biking in Phuket ATV park, a trip to the shooting range, a day tour around Phuket, ending in the Naka Market and a trip to Khao Lak to visit the Tsunami Memorial and go river rafting.Unfortunately, I got ill with food poisoning so I missed the boat trip but Fon, our tour guide looked after the group so expertly. This was an early start and the tour consisted of Maya Bay, Phi Phi Lei and Phi Phi Don for lunchThe trip to the elephant sanctuary was an early start with a collection from the hotel and the day was spent bathing elephants and learning about domestic elephants. Lunch was provided by the sanctuary.Quad biking was amazing, once the rain started it was even more fun. Our sightseeing tour was brilliant, visiting most, if not all of the beautiful sightseeing places on the island before going to Wat Chalong (Chalong Temple) As part of our trip to Khao Lak, we visited the Teak Temple in Pang Nga and got access to the turtle sanctuary in the Naval base.Honestly, there was nothing more that the Phuket Goodwill Company could have done to make our trip better.When it came to depart, we were once again collected from the hotel and taken to the airport by a very professional driver.This is the 4th time I and my partner have used the Phuket Goodwill Company, they are an absolute pleasure to deal with and we are so looking forward to going back
We booked 3 excursions with this company and they were all excellent. We had an extremely good time, the team was very professional, kind and helpful people. They made our experience very comfortable and pleasant. Trip to the elephants, tour of the island and private tour to James Bond island recommended.
We started in Phuket, enjoying the night life and following the guidance of Tipp found Just Relax spa which was a wonderful experience and worth every dime we spent there. Tipp arranged a city tour with an English guide (Yo) she was a delight. We visited the temple (Big Budha was closed due to a landslide that made it unsafe) but we could see him in the distance. We visited two view points and went shopping. We enjoyed a day on quad bikes with ATV tours and the evening went to Fantasea to watch the show, which was truly spectacular. All our transport arrangements were arranged by Tipp from Goodwill Tours and she kept in close contact with us right throughout our journey. It was 5star service all the way, with really good recommendations and fairly priced. Thank you Tipp. We highly recommend your team’s services to any travellers, business or pleasure!
