In January I made online purchase of a SUP board and accessories from Freedom Boardsports. The guys gave excellent service with email support and shipping my order across Thailand. I recently had a minor warranty issue with the bag which they handled quickly and easily. I highly recommend this shop, and the Red Paddle Board Co. inflatable SUPs they sell.
They answer all you questions in hours. That’s the way I like to order and buy my stuff for water sports. Further informations if they haven’t on stock a brand or don’t work for example with electric surfboards they give you all the information they have to get this in Thailand ASAP. I recently purchased an SUP from this shop, they shipped and supplied everything successfullly to me. I did however have a small issue fitting the fin which due to my inexperience didn’t go well. They supplied me the parts again straight away and now I’m up and running, all good. I will certainly be using these guys again for future business and recommend you do the same.
During my Phuket (Thailand) holidays I had to buy some new swim fins as the rubber of my old swim fins had lost the battle against tropical humidity. I had my eyes on a pair of DaFin swim fins and gave Freedom Boardsports a call after visiting their website. Due to a lack of time and costs return taxi, I decided to buy another branded pair of swim fins at a surf shops at walking distance from our resort, but ended up with blisters and a painful heel. Back home, I decided to still buy the DaFin swim fins. After a long online search, Freedom Boardsports differentiated itself by a competitive price and most important, very quick responses to my emails addressing my queries. They made the payment process easy offering various payment options and now a week later I have a brand new pair of DaFin swim fins! Super happy with the whole service and looking forward to get out there testing my new swim fins.
