I cannot imagine a better Chaing Mai experience then what Pukky arranged for us,particularly becoming part of our family! The kids (and we) still miss her!We were 2 families with kids ages 2-5. Over entire month Pukky patiently helped me plan a very relaxed 1 week trip, adjusting it to our needs. Providing full transparency on all prices and bookings all attractions for us in cheaper prices then on official sites (such as ziplines). Upon arrival every interaction with her amazed us, making us feel so comfortable and taken care of around the clock. She met us at the airport, with amazing van that even had DVD for kids! Even though I asked to use the joined transfers to all the attractions (elephants, cooking class, zoo) Pukky decided to transfer us personally and guide us to ensure comfortable pickup from our house, without asking for anything in return.She was always taking pictures, helping out with the kids (she even brought them all presents!) and always so relaxed, never rushing us. She felt our needs and adjusted the trips structure on the fly to ensure it suits us the best, ensure we never hungry and the kids are happy – it felt like she new what we wanted without us even saying it…We changed the week plan for 5 times as we go, and she allowed it, helping us feel relaxed. The entire week felt like a VIP, personally suited experience…It was an amazing introduction to Thialand and its culture. We will never forget it!

Pukky guided me and my wife for 5 full days in the area of Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai. The trip was planned and accepted by us a few weeks before arriving. Pukky picked us from the airport with her husband in a very comfortable car with AC and supplied us with local fruits and meals. The trip was outstanding and the plan was adjusted in real time according to our progress. Pukky speaks English very well and there was no single question without a very detailed answer.
We contacted Pukky last minute after reading other reviews about her, she was quick to respond which we liked we were looking for private tour and decided to book two separate trips one with a guide name Tuk in Chaing Mai He was kind and knowledgeable.we enjoyed listening to him and learn so much about the life in the temple.Second trip to Chaing Rai with Tom he picked us up at 7am for a whole day we can’t say enough about our experience, he was so knowledgeable, so easy to talk too and on top of that amazing photographer, he took us to places that only locals are familiar in addition to the White, Blue, Black Temples, we visited Tea plantation we learned so much from him.We take home amazing memories and gorgeous pictures. Im very picky when it comes to my travelling and I would highly recommend Pukky and her team. I couldn’t be happier.

We are family of 5 people. We have contacted Pukky few weeks before our trip and Pukky planned for us a detailed plan while addressing all our needs and wishes. Pukky helped us in each and every aspect and was our go to person. As Pukky herself was already booked with a different family she assigned us a different tour guide. Mr. Tont was AMAZING! He is passionate about Thailand, the culture, the country and traditions. For 4 days we had someone who guided us while adding history background and religion aspects. Not only he was our tour guide but also our body guard ?, arrange all food aspects (including people who cooked for us in the middle of nowhere) and photographer. Mr Tont is a pleasant, humble and service oriented tour guide. Both Pukky and Tont are highly recommended and for sure we’ll contact them in our next visit in Thailand ??

We were a family of 7, ages 3 to 70. Pukky organized a perfect itinerary for us that suited amazingly to our group. Biggest advantage was the nature and staying away from the crowded touristic places. Although it was the high season, we felt we were alone in most of the places we went, which was amazing.
