This review is for BKK Left luggage at arrivals. 100 Baht/day, cash only. This is Bellugg and it is next to the Tourist Police Station. You drop off your bag, they X ray it and it goes “inside” and they give you a receipt. When you pick up, you pay cash and get your bags back. There was no line when we went, and at pickup we had to wait maybe 2 minutes to get our bags. Very convenient for a short layover in Bangkok. I would use them again. We didn’t leave any valuables and locked our bags before we dropped them off.
Just the seamlessness and friendliness of the service as well as being 4 times cheaper than the ‘official’ airport storage option. Airport Information had not even heard of these guys, yet a short walk, and you have a superb option and great value …. wish other airports had such alternatives ! Thank you Airportel
Used their online services to book a Hotel to Hotel delivery of a 13kg suitcase from Bangkok to Phuket. Email communication was fine until the suitcase got picked up. We were told it would arrive from 25 Sept 12pm within a 2-3 day timeframe so anytime btwn 25 and 28 Sept. I emailed regularly to ask for updates and to be given the tracking link. You need to be proactive and follow-up, otherwise, you don’t receive updates. We arrived in Phuket on 24 Sept and warned reception + checked everyday for our suitcase. On 26 Sept, I emailed Airportel to ask about the status of my luggage and was told it got delivered on 22 Sept. We found it left outside, next to the mail and parcel area. We were very lucky that no one stole it in the 4 days it was left there. All went well but the lack of communication and Luggage safety made the while experience quite nerve-wracking. Good points are it got delivered earlier than announced and it was safely wrapped in cardboard and plastic.
The luggage storage in BKK airport was pretty good. Staff were friendly. The only issue was it was difficult to find and my booking didn’t include the exact location. It was on B floor near the train station. Being close to the station is handy as you drop bags and can quickly grab a train.
Friendly and efficient staff at BKK location: they offered the best options and advices. Prices are unbeatable. Highly recommended
DON’T ever try!!! Extremely disappointed with this luggage delivery service! They sent 6 bags to the wrong villa due to their carelessness and refused to refund us, claiming they delivered our bags. If their staff had listened to our clear instructions, we wouldn’t have had to waste time and money retrieving our luggage ourselves. Avoid this company!
the airportel website has a turn-by-turn instruction of how to get there. the storage fee was very affordable. staff was very friendly and explained the process very well. you can also book your slot online via their web though i preferred to go pay there directly. they will ask your estimated pick-up time so that they can manage the location of the storage (i assume).my luggage was stored inside the booth behind the counter. but i did see a lot of bags stored outside of the booth, away from the staff’s view. not sure how safe is it. i do believe there are CCTV though it still is worrying.Will definitely use their service again.
