We booked transfer to the airport from two different hotels at the beginning and at the end of our holiday in Thailand. Booking process is straightforward.Both times drivers were on time. They speak English and were very helpful with our luggage.Overall I recommend this service as reliable and not expensive way of travel in Bangkok

I booked with Cheap Taxi for a few return transfers to/from BKK and DMK airports for 7 adults and 2 babies in a van – after checking prices at a number of different companies, Cheap Taxi was the cheapest of all estimates. They were also able to provide 2x baby seats at no extra charge, many companies could not provide or else would charge extra. Communication with Khun Kannapatch was very easy, fast and efficient in booking. We used Cheap Taxi for 3x separate bookings – the driver was waiting on time for all. All in all a great service for something cheap, efficient and reliable. I would recommend and use again.

Reliable, polite, good careful driving, big well air conditioned cars with cool bottles of water. Not the cheapest form of transport, but they were there when they were supposed to be, knew the routes and finishing points (unlike some metered taxis we used) and were helpful in planning travel times. Highly recommended.
We made a cruise and booked a taxi from CHEAP TAXI at 08.00 o clock in the Harbour of Lian Chabang. Chaep Taxi was there at time. A friendly taxi driver bring us to BANKOK. I would recommend cheap taxi bangkok to all people with/without young children to use their service and I would use their service again when I step in Bangkok the next time!! Would like to thank them for their patience as our luggage got a delay and caused us to wait at the airport for like 2 to 3 hours before we could collect the luggage and they waited for us at the airport.
