In Sea Speedboat is perched on a picturesque hilltop overlooking 23/30 Moo 4 , 84320, Thailand
The tour guides were great. The tour did feel rushed though. And we were expecting 10-20 people on our boat and it was packed with 35 people! Tough crowd as well. We got to the view point and only 5 people from our group made it to the top. The coral reef we went snorkeling in looked like it was all dead from over tourism. The lagoon we saw was brief. Just walk up the steps and take a picture and come down. Overall not bad for $50 odd dollars per person but if it was anymore it wouldn’t have been worth it.
Good friendly staff. Started to downpour on one of the hikes and they hid our remaining luggage undercover saving us. Provided lunch was tasted and sights amazing.
Great day out and well organised. Speed boat is a bit cramped but they give you plenty of drinks. Snorkelling was good but a lot of people in the water. Plenty of food at a nice lunch. Kayaking, swimming and hill climb great as well as the final island lake was brilliant. And the funniest bit they had prepared a tourist plate with our family picture on it when we got back! Brilliant for only 150bhat!
Our hosts were brilliant, the views fantastic and the overall experience brilliant. We would thoroughly recommend Insea Speedboat and a visit to the Angthong Marine Park
Super day out and very well organised.’Sunshine’ our guide was knowledgeable, friendly and spoke good English. The crew were great also, making sure we’re safe and well hydrated.The day is quite long and it takes about an hour to get to/from the islands but we’ll worth it.Very pleasant lunch buffet with plenty for all.A large boat carrying about 40 passengers, but certainly not over-crowded.Good value for money and highly recommended.
Pick up was as scheduled, no issues. Due to weather conditions, boat ride was a bit bumpy but company provided motion sickness pills for those in need. 1st stop, lagoon for swimming, not good, too crowded with other boats and their passengers; 2nd Angthong Marine Park, did not take hike but just took time relaxing on beach; 3rd stop, hiking again to see emerald lagoon, nice view worth the hike; 4th stop, lunch. Food was alright but not enough fresh fruit to go around. Guides were helpful and courteous. Overall the experience was a little above average. Probabaly nicer in better weather conditions.
Overall, the trip was great as the staff were friendly and attentive. The lunch was late at about 3pm but delicious. There was a good spread of rice, chicken soup, vegetables, fried chicken and shrimps. However, it is the monsoon season and we did not expect the waters to be so turbulent. It was a horrible 1-hour of speedboat ride there and another choppy 1-hour ride back. Will highly recommend adventurous people to try this experience. Please take seasickness pills before going though.
