  1. Spending the day with elephants was the highlight of our trip in Thailand so far. Adam was a fantastic guide – really funny, knowledgeable and friendly. Getting close to the elephants was a childhood dream for me, and there could not have been a better setting to make it come true. A beautiful and peaceful place in nature where elephants seem to enjoy their best life. We loved it!

  2. We visited on the 2nd November, it was a lovely experience to see, feed and walk with the elephants. Our tour guide, Adam, was brilliant. He was enthusiastic, knowledgable and good at communicating in English. I would recommend the Chiangmai elephant refuge!

  3. Our experience with Chiangmai Elephant Refuge was amazing! Our guide was gentle and very kind. We were in a group of four, which is the best for interact with elephants. They pick us up in front of Our hotel, then we ride about 1h and half, then we fed the animals and walk and bath with them. We suggest you to bring old sneakers to be comfortable. The lunch with pad thai and fresh fruits was very good and the waterfall experience was Aldo super fun! Very suggested

  4. Very great experience, very kind and funny guides. Cheap as well compared to other companies 5/5 from me and my friend from Denmark.

  5. Excellent day…very enjoyable and great fun…our guide Pham was very good also our lady driver. Refuge was good and staff friendly, helpful and fun.

  6. After making a choice of how we wanted to see the elephant, we had the perfect day with this team! I was with my mother and my two kids, 3 years old and 8 month and the guide was very kind and helpful, they did everything so we could enjoy the day. Meeting the elephants was a huge experience, and fun at the river, the spot is beautiful and the meal was so good. Very nice people and family taking care of the animals; and the visit of the waterfall after that , refreshing and beautiful.Oh and I forgot my bag and they brought it back to me !thank you again for everything

  7. The experience is amazing! The elephants are treated really well. The two guides were amazing and took a lot of photos (we did the tour the 3 of April 2024). I would fully recommend this experience to everyone who wants to be in touch with the elephants (in really good conditions).

  8. Went to Chiang mai elephant refuge today and Sart was our tour guide. He was brilliant from start to finish making jokes but also sharing so much knowledge about the elephants and their lifestyles. It was so lovely to spend time with the elephants and see them out in an open space and being well looked after and happy. We then headed out to the waterfall for some swimming and it was an absolutely gorgeous end to a brilliant day. Couldn’t recommend them enough!!

  9. Sart was the most genuine and kind host. This will be one of the best days I’ve ever experienced- I can’t recommend this company enough – everything went so well and we had the most unbelievable day with the elephants and at the waterfall. A day I’ll never ever forget. This is a must do, Thank you so much for the best day Sart!

  10. Amazing experience! Sart & the driver/ other guide were so lovely and very informative. The elephants are thoroughly cared for as we got to bathe them, feed and walk with them then finished off the day with a trip to the waterfall where my partner & the guide were swimming and jumping off the rocks. The lunch was delicious too! Awesome experience, the best guide and would highly recommend! Thanks Sart for a great day😊
