Khao Lak Fun Diver is perched on a picturesque hilltop overlooking 28/13 Moo 7, 82220, Thailand
after 9 years, I spent again a few days of diving this April with Khao Lak Fun divers, it was so nice to meet them again, and their service is still very good. It is like a big family……., Conny and Gallus are every day at the pier and taking care for the customers. The food on board was very delicious, the only thing what I messed was any kind of breakfast on board.Everything is well organized, so there is no rush on board and there is plenty of time to prepare the dive gear before and after the dives. the boat crews on both boats are excellent and always there to help the customers….

Just got back from a 3 day 2 night trip to the Similan Islands.Business is very organised and punctual.Instructors / guides are very friendly patient and encouraging. I think my diving skills improved enormously.i also completed my nitrox certification.The boat staff were really friendly and helpful – nothing was too much for them down to help on putting on my fins.Food was delicious and ample.Diving was superb and I saw a huge variety of fish etc.If you’re looking for a dive centre that specialises in Europeans, this is the best one I know of in Khoa Lak.Cant wait to come back. Me and my family was on a fantasy eventyr on Nemo 1 Fun divers boat.We had such a great time with sweet and funny diving instructors, especially Jürgen, Really a nice team, we were in good hands all the time.We look forward to visit Khao lak and Fun divers next year

We did a 3d2n live aboard which had 10 dives. The dives, meals and briefings were all very on schedule and clear. Loved that the boat was always kept clean n neat!

Have booked my 2D1N liveaboard through another party, but was glad to have been with khaolak fun divers! The boat may not be the biggest or most luxurious around, but the service crew and DMs were great! Food wasnt the widest spread I ever had but its surely enough to fill tummies. Will consider diving with them again!
I had great experience diving with the Nemo Crew.I learned so much in 3 days,and i was blown away by the wonderful underwater world at the similan islands.I had only 8 dives before the trip and didn‘t know that much about diving,to be honest.Now i feel really safe and comfortable with all equipment and processes.Thanks again to my instructor phoebe!i felt safe and everything was profressional,thai staff made sure everything was on point and ready to use,always making fun with their guests and kind of loosen the atmosphere a bit.We were served with at least 3 meals a day,all good and always enough for a second plate,plus snacks,fruits and water for free-also cool that they wanted you to take one bottle,empty it and refill it at the station saving plastic,thumbs up.There is only one „negative“ thing,the generator runs all night ro make sure ac and power is available all the time,which made me not sleep that well,even with earplugs.But i was nearly the only one who had problems,so might be also that new situation sleeping on a boat.Thanks to conny for the warm welcome,whole diving crew and thai staff for the great times!See you again
We had been diving with Sea Dragon and wanted to extend our diving after we came off the Liveaboard and as Sea Dragon does not do so many day trips we were booked into two trips with Khao Lak Fun Divers. I was not told by Sea Dragon that it will be a speed boat transfer to the diving spots. I do not like the rocking speed boats too much and this is what you will be facing when doing day trips with KLFD. Other from that (and the missing information was not KLFD‘s fault!) it was a nice trip. Two dives on the Similians No8 and two more on the other day at Kho Bon. Had been lucky with more Manta Ray. The organization is good, the people are friendly, the food was ok, nothing wrong, just not outstanding enough to get the 5 points. The Thai crew on other dives was e.g a little more attentive.Dive guides briefing was good, safety first was well considered. Overall KLFD is a good choice to dive in Khao Lak. They offer the flexibility to stay between none (day trip) to 6 nights (or was it 7) on their boat out in the sea. And if I was about to come against, this is what I would do, stay some overnights and safe the speed boat for the day trips. I have not heard of this flexibility from other liveaboards. A good argument in favor of KLFD
