I purchased the suit in the previous year. The shirt was delivered to my hotel. Today, I intended to wear my new suit. Unfortunately, the suit was a disappointment. The sleeves were uneven in length, and the pants were uncomfortably tight and short. Additionally, the quality of the fabric had been downgraded to a cheaper material. I have decided that I will not be returning to that establishment in the future

This was my first time buying custom clothing and I decided to buy a custom suit and 3 trousers for work. I had four fittings and the whole experience was great. The team are willing to take the time required to make sure that everything fits perfectly. I usually have issues with smart/work trousers being too tight on the legs as I have big quads but small hips however the team made the trousers perfectly for this common issue for me. I’d recommend Reign Custom Tailors to anyone looking for custom clothing. Value and experience was 10/10.
