100% recommended! They don’t charge for invented scratches or anything like that. We also had a flat tyre and they fixed it with no charge.
If you need a motorbike, go there. Koh is really nice and helpful, the bikes works well and the place is reliable.
Rented from Rpm for time on koh Tao. The owner of this place is a top guy as our villa was up very steep hill he was willing to let us park bike at shop and he would shuttle us up to villa. Also having crashed bike from other company when we thought we had rented from him I actually hadn’t he took me down to Sairee beach sorted out decent price for repairs and took me back to Mae Head that’s what I call service and oh yes bike was perfect no scratch charges but as with anything in life you break it be prepared to pay an honest price. Went to RPM to rent a couple bikes based on its reviews and the recommendation of a bar owner just down the street. The gentleman we worked with, his name was Ko, was really, really nice, honest and he gave us a great price along with a thorough overview of the bikes and even let us take them for test rides. He doesn’t charge for small scratches. Just if there’s something broken. (We heard of other places ripping off people for prior scratches/ damages). Definitely consider using him. His shop is about a three walk from the pier. Check him out if your gonna rent a bike.
Couldn’t recommend enough! If you’re travelling and not sure who to trust for bike rental, definitely go here. We researched a lot before renting and all the positive reviews are correct. The owner was really helpful and sorted the bike out no trouble when we got a puncture. He asked us to take a video of the bike beforehand so could be no issues with damage etc. we overstayed our rental period by several days and he was completely fine and we just settled at the end. On our last day he even dropped us back at the pool party we were at on the other side of the island and wouldn’t take money. Genuinely nice and honest guy!
We rented scooters from RPM, super friendly staff, bikes were in good shape, and they were very accommodating when we wanted our bikes for extra days, and again for extra hrs after we were supposed to have the bikes back 😁 🏍 Very easy to deal with super honest and fair 😊👌Thank you 🙏🏻

Hired 3 scooters from here for 5 days. Ended up staying longer and extended the bike hire for another day no problem. Fairly priced and great service! Recommend
