I attended the carving course with Chef Pak. As I was the only guest that time, I had the chance to get like an individual course which was great quality! The chef is very nice, passionate and fun. Highly recommend this school !
Chef Pak has a very passionate way of teaching how to prepare and serve thai food. He explains everything in detail, me&my husband learned a lot about Thai veggies, herbs and spices. He also offered us good ideas how to cook the dishes with veggies&fruit from Europe. Our class was with 4 people, and we cooked lots of food, we even could take something home! Chef Pak was so flexible he even changed the menu to our favourite dish on short notice – Panag Curry ❤️. All in all a very cool experience, but take into account that you will be cooking for 5 full hours. Would defenitely do it again!

Really enjoyed my lunch cooking course. I had the pleasure of a one on one course. Recipes very authentic delicious and easy to follow. Prim was lovely and knowledgeable. Food was definitely something I will take home and cook again and again. As an experienced/trained cook, I learnt lots. Thoroughly recommend
I am a simple home cook who likes good healthy food and occasionally cooks a Thai green curry, so I f you have an interest in cooking, like Thai food, and want to learn from the best you will love this course! If you want to understand the different ingredients, learn their medicinal purpose’s and more, definitely take the market tour as part of the day. You’ll never look at a Thai local market the same way again, it’s so rich in goodness! Be prepared for a long day and bring a water bottle to the market.Chef Pak has so much passion to share his knowledge passed down from the generations, he even showed us how to eat Thai food to gain the best eating experience, very simple but quite profound. I can’t recommend this enough! What a fantastic experience this was. We booked for one chef and one helper as you make enough food for 2. Pak is a very enthusiastic knowledgeable and fun chef. We started with a trip to the market where Pak showed us lots of different foods and we even got the chance to taste lots.Once back at the cook school we made 4 different courses, cooked traditionally, fresh raw ingredients, we made our own pastes. Everything was absolutely delicious, can’t wait to try again for myself when I get home. We were given print outs of all the recipes to take home, as well as our cook school apron.
We had a wonderful time learning techniques for carving beautiful designs. Myself and my two daughters had so much fun with chef Pak who was patient, interesting and knowledgeable. We will use our carving techniques in the future
Chef Pak was absolutely amazing great information and knowledge as well entertaining. Paid for two chefs and a helper, was under the impression the helper got to eat as well but only had one course.Overall, so much fun!
The chef was quite a character. Busy, chaotic, condescending and not so nice to his staff/helpers. We are happy with what we learned but I wouldn’t choose this cooking class again.
We chose this class because of the food option provided on a Tuesday!We did the evening class and it was wonderful! My partner and I shared a station.Pak and his staff were so helpful, they made it easy for us novices to understand the ingredients and the process (all included in the recipe book provided)I can’t wait to go home and try the dishes out on my friends and family!
