My wife and I were staying 5 nights at the Pimalai resort in August and were looking to visit the mangrove and Koh Ngai. Pimalai needed 6 people to sign up for them to do the tour and after 3 days of waiting for that to happened I messaged Mr Reem.Mr Reem was very quick to respond and arranged a private tour for less than what the hotel was quoting for a shared tour! They guides/driver/captain were all super friendly and we really enjoyed the day. He arranged this all late evening for the following morning!Becuause we booked last minute, Mr Reem himself helpfully met us at Pimalai to give us our tickets.I would thoroughly recommend booking a tour with Mr Reem, you will be able to customise it to your needs and it will cost you alot less than what your hotel will charge you!
The couple that run this business is amazing. They are always very sympathetic and helpfull. They helped us with all we needed is ko lanta,they helped us to find a bungalow to spend a month, put up money in our cellphone, they lent us an ice box, that we wanted to take to the beach and lots os other things daily… I strong recommend their agence also for booking tickets and motorcicle… As you can see, they were our angels in Ko Lanta.
Had a few days in Klong Nin beach and wanted to see some more of the island without hiring cars or scooters. Mr Reem and his wife,s company were recommended to us. We hired Mr Reem and his tuk tuk for half a day and he took us around the island for a very reasonable 600 bht. A lovely couple, friendly, knowledgeable and always smiling. We thoroughly enjoyed our excursion with Reem and would not hesitate to recommend their services.
We just had a short stay on Koh Lanta but wanted to get as much out of it as possible. We had been searching on trip advisor for a good travel agency and were not disappointed. Reem picked us up at our hotel to bring us to his agency (free of charge). We had a nice, warm conversation right away. Simply said we felt in good hands right from the beginning. We wanted to see a Dugong and therefore booked a private Longtail boot to Koh Muk and Koh Kradan. Reem and his wife were suggesting stops on our trip and negotiated with the captain to search a Dugong for us. We were lucky to see one (we stayed far away and our captain was driving very slow and careful through the sea grass to not harm these wonderful animals.) We also visited Emerald cave early in the morning so we were alone in the cave! We also had an island tour with Reem himself. He went to a waterfall and a bat cave with ous. He is great guide. Reem was showing us different animals in the forest which we wouldn’t have seen ourselves. After the rainforest we went to bamboo Bay were we enjoyed the fruits Reem brought for us. During our whole tour Reem informed us about the island an how locals live here.When we come back to Koh Lanta once, we will definetly visit you again!

We hired a moped from this family company run by sisters. Great economical service. They also run the local taxi(Tuk Tuk ) service at cheap rates. Very helpful we would definitely use them again
Literally the best tourist office on Koh Lanta. Owners are one of the truly kindest people I’ve met in Thailand. I really recommend!
