Ive always been a bit scarednof swimming in the sea, will sharks attack me? Sea snakes or giant squid?? Well I decided to do a day trip for a friends birthday on Mikes boat. Wow what a day! I was made to feel comfortable stepping out of my confort zone and with a little coaching found myself swimming down with mike and his team admiring unbelievably clear waters and felt like I had entered a new and amazing alien world that was teeming with life! I promptly booked further trips and have since seen wild dolphins in Mike the owners secret spot and swam with harmless sharks in emerald coloured waters of shark point. I couldnt recommend Mike and his team strongly enough for a breathtaking trip that leaves you in awe and never feeling like youre not 100 percent safe!
Had enjoyed a few trips with them throughly. The boat was comfortable & well equipped & well maintained. The staff were well trained & readily to offer services. There were plenty of various space to chill out, including an air-con lounge. Generously provided fresh fruits, snacks and scrumptious lunch. All of my friends were very happy.Will continue to continue the future boat trip with the Blue Safari without hesitation. Highly recommend.
I’ve been on a number of Blue Safaris boat trips and have always had an awesome time. So much so, I now recommend it as a “must do” whenever people visit me in Phuket. A lot of my international students always return with glowing reports and return time and time again. The correspondence prior to the trip is fast and efficient and the staff are so warm and welcoming on the day. Always willing to go beyond the call of duty. They are so friendly. I especially love the activities they provide during the day. Something for everyone of all ages. When you are finished with the morning activities they provide an amazing lunch and snacks throughout the day. You never go hungry. keep up the great work guys.
There is nothing like enjoying the ocean on a very comfy boat with a friendly and dedicated team. They do their very best to make you feel, live and experience the sea. Nothing ti worry abiut, just gathering memories of the ocean.
Unfortunately the tour did not meet the expectations that we had after reading all these good reviews. Overall our experience was ok, but I think the price was too high for what we were offered. First of all we had a bad luck and the famous catamaran bout was not available and we were offered a tour in a speed boat instead for the same price. The bout moved a lot and some people felt sick. The transfer was not comfortable, in the morning we were picked up the first and then left the last, also we had to sit in the front seats with the driver which were horrible. Worth to mention that we got back around 7 pm to Kata beach after being stuck in heavy traffic to Patong. In the morning we arrived to a hotel where our journey started, spent there around 1 hr drinking coffee and waiting for other people. As we were on a speed bout we were offered a lunch outside the bout in a beach restaurant at Koh Phi Phi, the food was quite spicy for our taste and average quality. Out of good things: the boat was quite new, the crew and the guides were nice with us, we had some nice stacks at the boat, the snorkeling equipment was good. Not sure if we would recommend taking this tour on a speed boat for this price.
This crew need a good shake up they would rather stand smoking and chatting than pay attention to there jobs running around on speed boats when other people are swimming and snorkelling around the boat.there was never a head count at any stops for the number on the day trip this Leeds to the main reason to stay away two of our guests were left bobbing about in the sea only to be picked up one hour latter from another boat. Lucky for blue safari Thailand doesn’t have much of health and safety.keep well away
