Victor and his amazing crew looked after everyone so well accommodated for people that couldn’t eat certain things and also made sure everyone was okay and enjoying themselves! I highly recommend booking through them for an excellent day trip and seeing some amazing sites that Thailand has to offer.
Wow… This was a day we will always remember 🙂 The Sea Cave Canoe staff was outstanding. They were super attentive to our needs and made sure we were safe and comfortable throughout our entire trip. I liked that this company spent the majority of our day-trip exploring multiple cave sites and lagoons (other company’s I found only offered 30-60 min). Other perks: They showed a lot of knowledge of the island and told us all about the history and facts of the environment (super interesting!). Also, I’m vegetarian and they made a huge amount of yummy food for me. Lastly, I noticed that they even positioned the canoe perfectly so we could get the best pictures! They finished the trip off by giving me a handmade flower they made for me with a palm leaf found in the water – so sweet.. If you’re looking for the best kayak/canoe tour in Phuket, go with Sea Cave Canoe. You WONT be disappointed.
We had the best day of our trip on the sea cave safari. The entire crew was really fun and informative. They went the extra mile for everything. The food was impressive with fancy sweets and vegetarian food. They were funny and playful with the kids. They guided us through 3 amazing caves. They even made cute little souvenirs for the kids. The crew is a small local group of people which is much more special than the big boat tours. You won’t be disappointed.
We took the option of having an exclusive trip just for us three. It was magic! All the staff was caring and friendly. The dinner on the boat was very good and yummy! We discovered all alone beautiful caves… we will never forget. Next time I come back with friends I will redo the same excursion with them.
Phenomenal experience. And I say that with utmost confidence. It is one of the best full-day packages I’ve signed up for. The staff were extremely hospitable and the whole experience cannot be any smoother. The lunch they cooked up for us was absolutely amazing as well. The sights that I saw will be something I will remember for a lifetime.As of writing this, they do private tours because of COVID, so if you would like to have a whole boat to yourself and your group, do sign up for this. Other groups we have seen are packed with as many as 40 people in a same-sized boat and it was definitely not as appealing as what we signed up for with Sea Cave Canoe. I will genuinely recommend this to anyone reading this. It is 100% worth the money spent for a full-day out at sea.
Family of 5 with youngest 5 years old had an excellent day canoeing through the caves and site seeing in the islands of Phang Nga Bay. The trip was very well organised, good equipment, great boat crew and great lunch. Highly recommended.
We did the sea canoeing as part of the James Bond Island experience by Phuket Tours direct and it was one of the best parts of the day ! We got to explore the caves by canoe with the help of an experienced guide and our guide, Ron, deceives a lot of praise for making the experience unforgettable! He was friendly, warm and knowledgeable and will help make your trip go from a good one, to a truly great one!
This was the best day ever! I stumbled upon Sea Cave Tours through a Google search. We decided to do this for my birthday and it was perfect. From start to finish everything ran so smoothly and was so much fun. Great email communication when booking, the crew is wonderful, the food is delicious, the sites are unbelievable. 10 out of 10 rating and we absolutely recommend it to others. What an incredible day! Our host, Victor, and his crew were friendly, attentive, and lots of fun! They took us to a beautiful private beach (with monkeys!), several amazing sea caves, and James Bond Island. The crew looked after us so well while paddling around in the canoes – giving us information about the area and the environment, and making sure we were comfortable and feeling ok when going through some very small and narrow cave sections. I am not a fan of caves and was feeling a tad nervous about this part of the tour, but our crew member was so considerate and and kept checking in on me. In the end this was one of my favourite experiences of our 8 days in Thailand! Victor and the crew and such a fun and cheeky sense of humour, and we laughed all day. To top it off, lunch was delicious!
We were told we would be contacted with pick-up information the day before, this didn’t happen so we waited in the hotel lobby for the whole window (7:30-9:00), tried to call the company multiple times but couldn’t get through, and nobody came to collect us. We booked through Get Your Guide who were great and requested a refund for us straight away. Very poor communication. Perhaps we should have chased for a pick-up window the day before, but we shouldn’t have to really, you don’t want to be stressing about these things when you’re on holiday! A real shame as we were really looking forward to this.
