Had the best morning learning how to cook Thai food. Ms April was welcoming and taught us about all the ingredients for each menu item we cooked. She guided us through each food item, and made it simple and easy to follow.
This was a great family experience (with teens). You get hands-on experience which makes the class so fun! We think this was the best Tom Yum soup we had in Thailand; hopefully we will be able to recreate it.Our chef Nina was great instructor and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We highly recommend!
Alice was a great instructor. We made 4 dishes, totally hands on, while learning about Thai cuisine: a curry, pad kraw pra, a salad, and a mango sticky rice dessert.
Such a great class. May was our instructor and she was such great energy. The dishes we made were delicious and the space perfect. Highly recommend
Amazing cooking class – from shopping at a local market to prep and cooking then eating! April was an excellent chef and instructor. Highly recommend this class. Will cherish the memory and the recipes.
April led us through a shopping experience at a a local market. Then through the prep and cooking of traditional Thai food. She was very knowledgeable. Truly an authentic Thai experience. And so delicious. I’ll cherish this memory and the recipes!!(pad thai, thom gai kai soup, mango sticky rice and more)
One of the best experience I had in Thailand. April is very funny and helpful. Highly recommended!! The food is as good as restaurants.
Our culinary adventure was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks to the exceptional flavors and expertise at the helm. Every dish on the menu was a masterclass in authenticity, transporting us to a world of rich traditions and savory delights. Chef May’s passion and guidance were the icing on the cake, as she skillfully guided us through a world of flavors and techniques that left us inspired and wanting more. With each bite, we savored not only the incredible taste but also the love and dedication that goes into crafting such unforgettable experiences.
I’ve been to Thai cooking classes before and this one was nice because our teacher was engaged with us the whole time, not only teaching us about the food but various other aspects of Thai culture. We were the last class of the day, and we were only 6, which I think allowed us to engage more (if it was a full class she likely would have had many more dishes to keep track of). Our group was social and we talked and learned about each other throughout. Then of course, the food was great. Definitely bring your appetite as you’ll make 3-4 dishes.
