We just completed a tour of the national parks of Thailand booked through Mo Hong Le and were totally impressed with them. Communication was very good during the planning phase and they acted promptly and willingly on any changes.They were always available, very efficient and everything worked according to plan— accommodation, tours, guides, drivers (with very comfortable vehicles) and flights. They even checked us in for our domestic flights and emailed the boarding passes to us and we received regular communication from them regarding how things were going. It was reassuring to know that they were contactable 24 hours a day.
We stayed in Thailand for 2 weeks with Thai Unika and we had a very great experience. We’re a family composed by four people and Thai Unika gave us the guides and comfortable transports to visit Thailand. Thai Unika chose a very good hotels’ selection for us. At the end we passed beautiful days in Thailand with Thai Unika.
We had a 14 days tour of North Thailand and Cambodia. In each location we were met at the airport, at all sights we were accompanied by English-speaking guid who had all the necessary information. If you needed anything extra, the guide easily helped. There are no complaints about the sites, flights or the proposed hotels. Constant support 24*7 is very valuable. I highly recommend this travel agency for anyone who is looking for easy and hassle-free holidays.
Thai Unika planned our 26 day SE Asia holiday. Fully escorted with driver and guides. I would not do it any other way. If you book through companies like Intrepid you will pay more and get less. We had great guides who were able to tweek the trip as we went. The guides were local and knew the best optins for what we wanted. We would highly reccommond Thai Unika. In particular Huong Bui. Huong and the Thai Unika team were fantastic. They provided us with a five week customized tour through Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. They were responsive to our needs and worked diligently to give us the experience that we wanted. The sites, hotels and tours were all first rate. The guides we had were all very flexible and adjusted on the fly as required. All of the people we used were very punctual and we never had to wait for any of the guides or drivers. The guides all spoke very good English and were knowledgeable of the history of the various countries. The drivers were all safe, punctual and drove comfortable vans to support six passengers. Huong was very responsive on our calls when we needed to make adjustments to our plans and schedule. I would not hesitate to use them again on a trip to Southeast Asia.

The trip was amazing and the tour operators were so friendly and helpful to deal with and the guide and driver were fantastic and made the trip extra fun. I booked my trip in May but I would highly recommend doing it in November to February because it would be much more beautiful in that time.
Unika crafted an absolutely beautiful trip for us. Thailand is stunning, but as we had never been before, and didn’t know what to book or how to book it, we were looking for someone to simply sort everything out for us – and they delivered 100%. We felt completely safe and cared for all the way through, from the initial fine-tuning of the trip plans, to the last drop-off at the airport. I can’t count the number of times we thanked our lucky stars we had a guide and driver on hand who simply appeared like genies and smoothed everything out. We had a total of four sets of guides and drivers, and every single one was diligent and solicitous. We asked for some last-minute changes on the fly, and these were accommodated with zero fuss. Once, we became momentarily detached from our guide on a mountain walk, but were reunited within a few minutes with the help of the head office; I was amazed that everyone is in such close contact and coordinated so incredibly fast, when we were out in seemingly the middle of nowhere. Again, zero dramas, maximum enjoyment. I never had to wait for a response to any communication, at any point of the booking or the tour; something I’ve frequently experienced elsewhere. Unika helped us make the absolute best use of our holiday time, and crafted some experiences and memories to treasure a lifetime. A very capable and hardworking team which I would recommend without hesitation.
