Good place to learn about Thai history of the navy. Little plain quiet but nice. Unfortunately it was raining so much after that so I couldn’t climb upstairs to see more.
The little place is a memorial to naval battle between Siam and invader France in 1941. It is situated on Laem Ngop beach in the same area as the Krom Luang Chumphon monument, which faces towards the naval battleground. The museum, as well as its surroundings, are decorated similar to a battleship. Inside the museum, there is the exhibition of the history of Krom Luang Chumphon, and the battle of the Franco-Thai naval battle.
