  1. The museum was very disappointing in that no displays or pictures had story about them in English and attendant had very very limited English. This left us with no idea of the story behind the displays etc

  2. It’s a very very small museum. No signs in English. Inside there is no writing or signs in English either. And very very few things to look at.

  3. Not an big museum but it shows same real old artifacts that are worth to see.Nice building and not to hot to walk around in.

  4. I really enjoyed this museum. The employee opened it up just for me to look around without paying a fee! It is 90% in Thai. Some English in the main viewing area upstairs. Very well documented and displayed artifacts.

  5. I didn’t like it last year when I went here. But I thought I would give it a second chance becsuse I had to go to the Loei Post Office which is located on the other dide of the street. Still very poor and no signs or information in English. The person that work here was sleeping on the floor when I arrived 🙂 I would guess the only have a couple of visitors in a day.

  6. I went there because I want to old photos of our beloved King and Queen when they visited Loei province 60 years ago. Before this place was renovated into the museum, it used to be the place where the king and the queen stay during their visit. Almost all of information about Loei province provide in Thai. So if you are foreigners and don’t mind to just come and see some photos and dresses of tribal people, this museum is still worth to come. There is air conditioner in the museum. But If you can read Thai, I recommend this museum. I got lots of more info that I haven’t known before from here.

  7. The Loei Museum is compact in it’s size, but big in it’s curiosity appeal. A place of interest that is ; air-conditioned, spacious and filed with a variety of – artifacts, artwork, photography, as well as storyboards. Situated in the heart of the central business district (CBD), within a short walk of the Naga Square, it is well worth popping into to see the exhibits, if you are visiting the city.
