MaLoei is situated on the grounds of Loei University, if you come by car or bicycle, the entrance is one little street left off the highway just before the big entrance to the university.Actually the museum was under restoration and closed. But when we asked in the downstairs office, a nice guy opened up the whole museum for us, switched on lights and air condition – amazing Thailand!The museum has a lot to offer, from Loei at the time of the dinosaurs to modern art, but most interesting historical artefacts and explanations. In any case worth a visit.Good and clean toilets with funny – Pithakhon – signs.CLOSED MONDAYS and TUESDAYS.
