Travel Hub Chiang Mai Tour Agency is perched on a picturesque hilltop overlooking 50100, Thailand
When we arrived in Chiang Mai we were overwhelmed by the beauty and exciting options in the city. We stumbled across Travel Hub on our walk through the main city and are so glad we did. We book 3 tours with them for our short stay in Chiang Mai and were able to see so much beauty. We booked a night tour to the Golden Temple, the full day trip to Chiang Rei, the White Temple and the Golden Triangle and private tour to Doi Inthanon National Park. Prices were reasonable and they were prompt, helpful and always came with a great guide.
This is my second visit to the city and I used I Travel Hub to book a 3 day trekking trip as well as a day tour to Chiang Rai. If you are interested in some trekking then Travel Hub can book you with nearly any trekking company in Chiang Mai. We choose an ethical trek which included some activiites with elephant but no riding. The name of the company which conducted the trek was “Trekker” but we booked through Travel Hub. I will be writing a review about this company shortly on their own Tripadvisor section. But just wanted to leave a review for the great advice and help The Travel Hub staff provided in choosing the trek. A great little travel agency!!
I visited a number of agencies in Chiang Mai as I wanted to book a very ethical day with the elephants. I ended up booking at Travel Hub as they seemed to be promoting nearly every ethical elephant project going! Before my arrival I tried to Book the Elephant Nature Park but unfortunately this was fully booked. Anyway in the end the girls at Travel hub were very helpful in helping me choose and I booked a half day at The Elephant Jungle Sanctuary which turned out to be a great choice. Do not be shy to ask for a discount here as they gave me a better price than the Elephant Sanctuary brochure price!
We went on the 4 day lanna tour. The guides were very nice and thoughtfull but the agency Travel Hub did try to trick us. The tour was describing on the site that the elephant care day would be in mae Wang but when the guide arrived he had orders to go to mae taeng which was an another sanctuary we didn’t know about. Because Noone else was booked and it was just me and my boyfriend they thought of minimizing the cost by taking us in a cheaper sanctuary. When I called them to explain to me what happened they said to me lies that it was a better sanctuary and claimed that they didn’t know what their site was writing. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend them, they don’t value their customers and don’t care about their name reputation. Too bad.
The guys at Travel Hub are awesome, especially Max who took the time over many emails to answer soooooo many of my questions! Me and my family arranged a 6 day customized tour with them around the north of Thailand which included some out of the way places as well as the main sights. Also the guide Honey was one of the best we had during our whole trip to SE Asia and a big thankyou to driver John for negotiating the many miles of winding roads while driving in a very careful manner.
Took a tour with my son from chiang Mai to our hotel in the golden triangle with Rainbow and Tony. Rainbow was an awesome guide – very knowledgeable and fun to be with! Tony was a great driver and both are a credit to the company. Have got no hesitation in recommending the company – very easy to deal with!

I arranged a 7 day tour Starting in Bangkok and finishing in Chiang Rai with these guys and i want to praise their two guides (Sam who took care of us on the Bangkok to Chiang Mai leg of the tour and then Nana who gave us the full northern Thailand experience) what amazing and dedicated staff!!!! i also have to thank Tack who patiently answered all our queries on email and putting together the perfect itinerary for me and my family. I am glad we used Travel Hub. During our time in Chiang Mai, we booked a full day tour to Chiang Rai for a group of 11 people, but unfortunately on the 4th day of our tour, some family members could not join us because 2 of their children had diarrhea. The tour was well organized. Communication was very fast even though it was only via email. I am very grateful to Mr. Tack who was very patient and always answered all my questions promptly. The price of the tour was also offered at a very reasonable price, and we felt it was very good value for money. I am also very grateful to our tour guide, Mr. Danny, who gave very clear explanations for each place we visited and he is a very pleasant and funny person. Overall, the tour was a great experience for us and we highly recommend Travel Hub to everyone! Let them know any questions you may have and their knowledgeable staff will take care of it, especially Mr. Tack so thank you ??
