  1. Only visited over a day, but was pleasantly surprised how nice the whole island is. Can only recommend.

  2. Booked a day trip with Siam Catamaran Co in Chumphon. Our trip was T001 (odd day) and we went to Koh Ngam Noi, Koh Ngam Yai, Koh Galoke and Koh Talu.. A mini van picked us up from our hotel and drove us to the Pier to Siam Tour office and received our travel bag containing towel, mask and snorkel. Took about an hour to reach Koh Ngam Noi for first snorkelling stop. Tea, coffee, water available on board. Small island which had several little bamboo structures on it where people climb up to gather the birds nests. Snorkelled along the base of the island, there were many fish there and visibility was pretty good. Next island close by Koh Ngam Yai with its hand of Buddha rockface. Fresh coconuts available on the boat which was refreshing. Another snorkel around the base if the island, lots of fish. After this snorkel, lunch was served on the boat. Thai style buffet. Rice, fried chicken pieces, prawn curry, fried fish pieces, very tasty and plenty of it. Fresh fruit, bananas, watermelon. Next island Koh Galoke which looked like a skull. More snorkelling, visibility a bit less. Next island Koh Talu. Couldnt snorkel through the opening to the other side as water too low and many anemones on the coral.still plenty of fish and coral but water visibility was not as good as earlier. Boat engine was a bit noisy if you were downstairs but no problem upstairs.. All the staff onboard were very friendly and helpful. Back to pier about 4, minivan waiting to take up back to hotel.

  3. We only went on the raised walkways through the mangrove swamp and did not visit any of the islands. We encountered various wildlife including a large number of monkeys that hang around – literally – on the walkways. Plenty of fishes and crabs and birds in their natural habitat. And nice to see there was very little plastic waste washed up in the area. A pleasant way to spend a couple of hours. Definitely worth a visit

  4. A very exquisite and quiet place with many places to take pictures. There is a hanging bridge which leads into a mangrove forest with a view to the sea. Good for families, friends and couples.

  5. We stayed in at a hotel in Chumphon. We drove to Mu Ko Chumphon National Park in about 30 minutes. The wooden bridge was nice. The views at the sea were beautiful.

  6. Beautiful place for your water activities especially snorkeling. It was awesome. Take advantage of the trip packages available. you will not be disappointed.

  7. Basically a mangrove forest with a walkway and an information center. Although the area is said to be abundant with fauna and flora, the park may not offer much to see, depending on the season. A crocodile, carbs, fish, and monkeys were all I saw. Park admission is 200 THB but worth your experience. There isn’t any place to eat on the premises: just a simple shop to buy some water and munchies. There is a restaurant called The Seaside Tha Ruea right near the park where you can have lunch before entering the park.
