  1. Visited with my 3 children (11, 12 and 15 years). We had the best day. Arrived at 1030 and didnt leave until gone 5pm. You are not allowed to take food or drink in but there is a little restaurant serving decent food and drinks at a very reasonable price. My children had an incredible day. Definitely recommend coming here…. even when it’s raining.

  2. Overall it’s great value and lots to do.. however the safety is an odd one hhaa so many people got injured.. hence the 4 stars. Slide smashes your back in. Fall off constantly around the circuit aifh no proper way to get back on. Really hard work lol.I lost my go pro on the cushion jump it snapped off my harness.. life guards couldn’t find it. I was told 30m down have to hire diver so I was gutted.. even more so when the diver wasn’t available!! £450 gone! Then on way out some lifeguard had free dived to find it…!!! Pitch black water.. someone saw him come up throwing up.. he refused any money! Hugged me.. what an amazing person, I felt so bad hearing he got sick! Thank you so so much

  3. Firstly instructive stuff, it’s located about 45 minutes from central Chiang mai by car, avoid rush hour if you can as it’s traffic heavy. Yes you need to take towels. Yes you can pay at the entrance (despite what grab drivers tell you) although there are probably discounts online. Yes they do take all good and drink off you at the entrance, although you can keep it at the entrance hut to pick up on the way out. Yea food and drink is onsite and pretty good. You’ll really only need 1.5 to 2 hours to do everything. Now the bad stuff, a UK health and safety inspector would shut the place down in about 5 minutes. The inflatables are run down and aged, the life guards spend their time running around repairing and blowing up deflating inflatables, a lot of hand holds and straps are missing, in one inflatable I fell in a the only way out was to swim out underwater, this would have been my wives worst nightmare, the worse thing though was that bare metal rings are everywhere, meaning if you fall in, like you do and happen to hit one of these like I did on one inflatable and my son did on a different inflatable they bruise, see the pictures… imagine if this was an eye or a head… these metal rings desperately need plastic safety covers installing and all handholds replaced properly, one of the inflatables was patched so much there were more patches than original covering.. by all means go, but heed the safety concerns.

  4. I want to preface my overall impressions of the park by acknowledging the positive interaction I had with the staff from the Big Pillow area, who were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I thoroughly enjoyed the park, with its mostly enjoyable rides—though I did notice a few were already broken. Despite this, the overall experience was fun, and there was ample opportunity for enjoyment. However, I feel compelled to share a rather unfavorable experience with the Zipline staff, which significantly impacted my overall impression. The Zipline team exhibited a notable lack of professionalism, marked by arrogance and rudeness. Communication was strained, and their impatience was evident when instructions were not immediately understood. Moreover, their approach to handling equipment, such as throwing materials on the ground for guests to pick up, was not only discourteous but also posed a safety concern.During the activity, the staff’s behavior was consistently unpleasant, punctuated by frequent vocal expressions like “buffff” and “OMG.” I encountered a particularly distressing incident when attempting to assist one of the staff members. Instead of appreciating the gesture, he slapped my hand away, only to use the same hook moments later. This prompted me to assert my right to be treated respectfully, as no one should endure physical contact without consent.Regrettably, this disrespectful conduct wasn’t an isolated incident. Others in my group, as well as fellow tourists, experienced similar treatment. Such behavior is not only inappropriate given the significant cost of admission but is fundamentally a disregard for basic human decency. It left the impression that the Zipline staff lacked enthusiasm for their work and the presence of tourists.I understand that customer service roles can be challenging, but it’s crucial for those working in a tourist-centric environment to uphold professionalism and courtesy. If the staff finds such responsibilities disagreeable, perhaps they should reconsider their choice of employment or seek roles that align better with their preferences. In a bustling amusement park situated in a tourist hotspot, accommodating visitors should be a top priority. The issue extended beyond isolated incidents, involving the entire Zipline team, and warrants attention to ensure a more positive experience for all patrons.

  5. Definitely returning here. Tons of fun! I was bummed that a life jacket was required, but after a few big spills, I’m glad I had one! My son’s was a little too big so it kept sliding up on him so he put the strap between his legs like it’s meant for. BAD IDEA. Almost lost his manhood on the pillow launch. Word to the wise.

  6. Such a good day out. One of the best things I’ve done in SE Asia. So much fun. Could spend all day here. Zipline. All the water activities. Lifeguards friendly. 800 Bhat a day. Great value for what you get. 10/10 must do if staying in or around Chiang Mai.

  7. Had a really fun day – lots of activities, reasonable, helpful staff and good facilities. Ended up completely bruised from falling off, the intensity of the slides and the pillow cushion. Some of the items on the course are quite hard to use if you have limited upper body strength – this is a proper workout (ached the next day!). Swallowed so much dirty water and didn’t have the best stomach that evening! Really enjoyed it just be mindful that it is nowhere near as easy as it looks. Food is also ££ at the onsite restaurants and they don’t let you take water or anything in with you.

  8. Enjoyed our visit to the water park. The inflatable obstacle course was fun, but it is hard work. Can go easier routes to stay on for longer which we started doing when tired. Lots of falling off and having to climb back up – we managed fine but probably not for elderly or unfit. As it is inflatables and unpredicted landings, expect a few bumps and bruises, but nothing major for us. Zipline ticket is included in the price – good fun and get to do 2 zip lines. Note: Zipline open from 1pm-6.40pm, not open in morning. We queued around half hour for this. No queues for anything else. Food and drink not allowed on site but it’s not overly expensive on site and we were impressed by the quality – Thai chicken burrito and club sandwich both very tasty. 25 baht for water, 150-200 baht for burger or toastie meal for lunch. Our visit was around 5 hours – a good amount of time to do anything and take an hour rest for lunch. We enjoyed our visit, expect a few bumps but worth it for the fun.

  9. This was a fun experience, me and my sister went and we are quite adventurous. I got nervous on a few things as it’s easy to hurt yourself if you’re not careful. For what it is, it’s good fun and pretty much what I expected! It was also super quiet which was good.

  10. If you like water park, go thereThere few water game, zipline…Not beautifulNot for coupleNothing to visit and so borring
