Khao Ngu Stone Park It will be a bridge crossing where tourists come to take pictures. The bridge over the swamp has an atmosphere in the background. The beautiful limestone mountains contrast with the water reflecting the mountain shadows, very beautiful. If you continue to go inside There are many photo spots. Choose the angle, choose the light according to your preference. Most importantly, every photo will come out with beautiful views. ⛰?
Khao Ngu Stone Park is unique in its beauty and landscape. Entry is free. There is a tiny lake where you can ride paddle boats for a mere 40 THB (AUD 2) (per half hour). We had a lot of fun here and spent a few hours (including the paddle boats, eating at the waterside restaurant and driving to see the wild monkeys). It was great and cheap entertainment for the grandkids.
Breathtakingly gorgeous rock formations and nature. A former quarry, it was opened to the public 30 years ago and now is a place of peace and relaxation. You can walk the boardwalk, ride a pedal boat, or just enjoy the scenery.
Very beautiful scenery here, and well laid out with a bridge and walkway…there is no entry fee…plenty of parking available…many monkeys by the roadside on the way in…I tried the restaurant on site, good food and great view…a very pleasant outing indeed!
Hold on to your children to prevent accidents. There is a pathway that needs to be repaired (slats missing) and is covered with lake water in areas, so it is slippery. Wear water shoes, or prepare for your feet to get wet. Other than that, it is a beautiful park with a lake where you can rent paddle boats. We saw many teens and families on the boats. Our 3-year-old enjoyed feeding the fish and turtles. We walked to a scenic lookout where we saw a monkey. You can buy food and souvenirs from vendors before the bridge. Live music made it festive!
A small park easily completed in less than an hour. Great photos spots. Hardly any shelter under scorching sun so do have your shades, hats etc
It’s not a big area and I was pleasantly surprised that it was free entry considering how pretty and clean it was! It is very beautiful with many photo opportunities. We went on a Friday evening and it wasn’t crowded. I saw other visitors renting the swan paddle boat and feeding fish. Also, we had lunch at the restaurant located at the main entrance of the park. The price was affordable.
Great little park with beautiful views. You can buy fish food to feed the fish. The walk around the park is easy. If you explore beyond the water into the hills, you will see macaques (monkeys), which I guess people also feed, but I wouldn’t. They are not shy animals, and we noticed they hung out with all the stray dogs. But it was fun to see them!
A blend of natural beauty and historical significance, formerly a limestine quarry and transformed to a park that offers tranquil sorroundings with unique rock formations and diverse wildlife that inhabit the place.
