  1. An open air museum showcasing the process of making gigantic pots and bowls, some bigger than a motorbike! You can see the artists delicately painting the pots, and there is also a cafe where you can buy drinks and relax.

  2. we are recommend to you to visit this ceramics factory.if you want to try to make your own jar they can teach how to make it. and it was fun and good experience there

  3. Nice. Recommend. Free to enter. Small parking. Can buy some ceramics. Have coffee shop. Don’t forget photo camera.

  4. Firstly this review is 100% genuine.Went here to see the real thai pottery and wasn’t disappointed.A huge range of different designs and especially liked the Dragon designs done by a local Thai craftsman. They’re superb and would be welcome in my home any time.Real quality.

  5. It is an open air sort of museum showcasing colorful pottery and some photography with the giant pottery dog sculpture taken at various places in Thailand. You get to walk around the property, including places where they made pottery. There seems to be a shop selling ceramic goods, but on the day we were there, it wasn’t open so we weren’t able to check out goods.

  6. this factory provided colorful ceramic selfie spots, ceramic workshop, souvenir and coffeeshop.free parking too

  7. I highly recommend a visit to Tao Hong Tai Ceramics if you’re in the Ratchaburi area. We’ve been here twice already and we never get bored seeing the new and creative styles of the ceramic artwork and vases which surround the area. I personally love seeing the colorful and eclectic styles through the area and always has me wanting to return for more visits. The staff is incredibly welcoming and allows you to tour their facility and view first hand as do their creative work. This is a must visit if you’re in the area for couples and/or families. However, be aware of the dogs which can be aggressive and bite you !

  8. Like some other pottery factories in Ratchaburi, Tao Hong Tai Ceramics has morphed from producing traditional dragon jars to a wide range of modern ceramics. The place is packed with colorful (gaudy?) pieces, haphazardly strewn around the property. While they have some nice pieces, we were dismayed that the place lacked organization and appeared rather run down. The staff seemed totally uninterested in dealing with us or selling us any ceramics. When we finally got someone to talk with us, the prices they quoted were ridiculously high for the quality of the pieces. Perhaps the COVID pandemic has put financial stress on the company, making it tough for them to keep the place maintained, but there is little excuse for the lack o interest in customers and the unreasonably high prices quoted.

  9. Place is slowly coming to life after the long covid “shutdown”Wonderful display of countless colorful objects of various size, design, and color can keep you there for hours.Even the huge “graveyard” for imperfect objects is worth taking a look and shop at 50% discount (with free repair).Hope to see the revival of the workshop soon too.
