The island of Koh Phangan is a tropical paradise in the Gulf of Thailand you will love it,i try to give my opinion for thase who love nature with respect for the environment that surrounds it. Koh Phangan is well known for its full moon parties each month as well as its incredible beaches. Haad Yuan Just two miles away from Haad Rin, the major party beach on the island, is Haad Yuan. Compared to Haad Rin, Haad Yuan is less crowded. This has a lot to do with how challenging it is to access Haad Yuan. You can hike to Haad Yuan on a trail that takes about two hours on foot, or you can get a quick boat trip. Either way, the journey is well worth it.
We didn’t visit all the beach in this island but this one was for us the best near our resort. The best for sunrise with breakfast and sunset with cocktails. What you want more then enjoyed the day time for snorkeling for hours and swimming the best sea flora with different colors fish. The best and can’t for get the magic place.
we went to this beach with a taxi boat as there is no concrete road to reach it the water was cristal clear very nice
This beach is the most beautiful beach I’ve ever visited. It has the perfect feel of nature and untouched, with white sandy beaches, torquois water, abundant jungle and always quiet, yet it also has everything you need. You get there by boat, but you have restaurants etc. It’s incredible.
If youve come to party November is not ur month….all party venues closed….otherwise still the same amazing natural wonder of the world.
It’s a wonderful beach. But I ve been to the full moon party I’ve seen people pie in that water so I don’t want to swim there . The area around is busy with a lot of street food and cheap . Just don’t swim there if it’s after the full moon party … there are nice bars and restaurants that you can chill
Before coming here, you should know that the only access is by taxi boat or by foot(few hours hike through the mountains from Haad Rin).Beach is very beautifull. And quiet, the resorts are doing a good job to keep it clean. Definitely a good place to chill out.
Very nice beach. It’s a very difficult walk from Haad Rin. Wear good shoes. Use mosquito repellent and have 2 litters of water. Walk in groups of 2-3 people. It takes more than 2 hours. Watch for weather change. No stable Wi-Fi or mobile connection. Maps me app is good for trail display.
Beautiful remote beach. Don’t plan on staying there if you need aircon. The electricity is turned off and on all day and night. No aircon and limited accommodations. the most uncomfortable lodging on the island.
Great place to chill out, and becomes the party beach every weekend. There’s also a good hike back to civilisation if you want to avoid paying for the boat.
