This event is not worth the time the stage is boring with not verry mutch hapening the paid dancers dont do a good job at adding vibe to the event. Even thow you pay to get in you still need to pay to use toilet. The best thing the event had going for it was the fact it was raining wich added certain grunge to the event becouse the organizers cant create a good vibe at all.
They managed this party well, the ticket and drink were quite expensive. Music is fine, not my style but I had a good time.
We enjoyed Jungle Party a lot. Drinks weren’t too expensive but make sure you don’t buy too many drinks tickets as they aren’t refundable very easily. Different bars for different drinks which was a bit annoying but fair enough. Music was great, LOADS of simple street food on sale. Slightly bumped up prices but not extortionate. The party area itself is big and really cool. Would recommend! Many people say it’s better than the Full Moon Party, but we’re not too sure we agree. It’s good but not quite as good!
Don’t listen to all these neigh sayers. THIS WAS THE BEST PARTY! Yes it is expensive (700 baht) but it’s worth it, the decor, the performances and the music is what your paying for and they put a lot of effort in. That’s what makes the difference between this and the full moon party. But it’s like difference between Glastonbury and Wireless, your going to get a different crowd. Here it was more laid back and a smaller, safer experience. Whereas the full moon party (as fun as it was) is way more full on and loads of different music everywhere. It’s 100 baht each way to get there and you have to pay 10 baht every time you use the loo (only downside) but drinks are cheap and it’s easy to find ‘stuff’ but most people got their ‘stuff’ back in Haad Rin.
Even though 700 baht entry is quite a lot we had a great time and I liked it better than the full moon party
Very beautiful experience with my boyfriend, we enjoyed a lot and we would like to do it again. Highly recommended
The worst music I have ever listened to in my life. I would wished I had never listened to the tripe I had to listen to as it was rlly bad
Honestly, expected SO much more. Everyone said the jungle party was the place to be but honestly the most painful music to listen to, I don’t mind techno but I don’t even think this classified as techno it was dreadful.Just walked into VIP and one point of the night casually, don’t bother getting a VIP ticket.
We just got back one hour ago from the Jungle Experience Party. It was a nice vibe but if you are not like a festival person that loves techno (not house but techno) i think you would not love it. We are more from the house vibe, we had a okay time but it was definetly not worth the 20 USD worth it….
The jungle party had so much potential but I was let down. Depending on what music you like, is going to either make or break your experience. The music was very “tribal” and one dimensional. Don’t expect any uplifting trance, or funky house, or progressive techno. It’s tribal the whole way through, and the very, very, repetitive from a beat perspective. I felt like i was listening to the one track for hours at times, The music did not take me on any sort of journey and i found it hard to connect. The number of men outnumber women about 10 – 1, so the vibe was very masculine. I still stayed until the every end to get a complete experience but it wasn’t what i call a fun night. I went in May so it was about 30 degrees at midnight and 80% humidity. Everyone on the dance floor was dripping in sweat so I’m glad i wore just shorts and a singlet. I was sweating before i even started dancing! Then an hour into the event it poured with rain for about 15 mins. It was actually refreshing and now everyone was wet! The coupon system they have for drinks is terrible. You have to buy paper coupons, which is like monopoly money. I exchanged 1,000 Baht, for 10 x 100 coupons. I bought my first drink using 2 x $100 coupons, and was given a $20 coupon in change. Problem was all the coupons are the same size, look exactly the same, only difference is the number on them. Trying to work out how much i had left in coupons half way through the night was impossible, plus they got soaking wet from the rain and began to disintegrate. The stage set up and lasers were great and the dancefloor is a large open area made up from a solid crushed clay like material and gritty sand. Even though it rained, it did not turn to mud. We all had thongs on for the whole night. There wasn’t anywhere to sit down other than a few benches at the back, so if your going to go, you will be standing or dancing all night. There are plenty of taxis to take everyone home, but they do cram you in like sardines and it cost us $200 Baht each to return to Hadd Rinn. Would i go again……No.
