It was very wonderful ti visit The Orthodox Church in Phuket. I have spoken with many expats and tourists – not so many people know about it. Church inside is very beatifull, peacefull and has a big Altar. on the territory one can find a playground for kids – it is good, when you come here with family.
This is very special and unforgettable place for me and my wife we’ll always keep it in our hearts. Hope to see it again one day. Strongly recommend everybody to visit it to feel the magic of the place. God Bless!
previously it was not inconceivable that in Phuket could find the church too, after looking at the website one of the places to be visited in Phuket is the church, so I decided to visit
Here is a gem that is worth going out of your way to find. Here is “little Rusia” in Thailand with all the mosaic walls/ceilings and icons one would expect in an Orthodox Church. A little oasis in a noisy, bustling holiday island.
Our Russian Orthodox Church located in Thalang in Nanai Alley ! Abbot of this Church is Papa Roman !
Came across this beautiful church on our way back from the waterfalls. The church has some fine artifacts and interior. Father roman is a very good religious guy and knows phuket very well. Suggested some good places to visit.
