My husband and I with our two 18 year olds decided to get tattoos while on vacation. We looked at reviews for places in Koh Samui and Bamboo Rooms has a great reputation. They were so welcoming and extremely open to what we wanted. Got us all 4 in that evening. Por was the coordinator who works with the artists. She has wonderful customer service skills. The bamboo technique was less painful than machine style and recovery has been way easier. I just wish they had this place back home. I’d go there for all my tattoos. Highly recommend this place.
Bamboo Rooms was such a positive experience in our 2 week holiday! Tattooed by Keng and the man is a legend, but all the tattooists and front-of-house diamond, Por, are also so lovely and welcoming! Such an enjoyable and chilled experience (even with the dramatic backdrop of the unexpected monsoon). Already planning what future tattoos are going where! 😁Big love, guys! 😘
Give your trust to this place. Be careful of smaller/ independent places. There’s a reason certain places are cheap. This place is the right place for the talented artists, the great customer service and all around enjoyable experience. Couldn’t be happier with my tatt. Would recommend this place for anyone. Yes, they do push for trip advisor reviews- but it’s because they know how good they are.
The best tattoo experience I’ve had! Was greeted by Por who makes you feel at ease throughout your visit with her kind and funny personality! My tattoo artist was Geng who really is a master at his craft. The tattoo blew my expectations and I love it.Thank you so much to the team at the bamboo rooms. It’s the best way to finish my day wonderful time in Thailand!

I did a traditional tattoo there. I‘m very happy and after the 2nd day you almost feel nothing anymore. The staff is extremely friendly and awesome people. I highly recommend. Go past their shop. Look at what you like and then book and appointment!
