  1. You could easily walk past this little gem … by the time you reach the open shop front you will have already passed a long line of the usual Ticky Tacky Tourist shops, and if you were like me … you’ll be trailing an unhappy hot husband.Step in and enjoy a cold drink and take in the wonderful view … it’s so calming and such a breath of fresh air. Better yet the gifts inside are just that little bit different and a step up from the usual Thai mass produced items.I can really recommend the dried fruits, brilliant gifts to take back home.

  2. Lovely little shop but nothing we don’t get at home. Lovely gifts if you are shopping for Christmas. I like the wooden blocks with sayings on them.

  3. Lovely little shop’- sells amazing cute gifts and souvenirs. Adults, teenagers and younger children alike will all be in heaven. Very ‘girly’ (if I can say!). Free snack tasters as well (nice touch). Items average – expensively priced. Ideas of stuff sold – posters, water bottles, bags, jewellery, gift cards, home decoration (quotes carved into wood etc). One in Central Festival is bigger so slightly better but fishermans stores are still lovely little shops (there are 3 in fishermans!!).

  4. This little shop is beautiful, so many things to buy to bring back to Australia as gifts, and the Teas were so yummy, the lady that served us gave us a sample of a Tea and that sold us, would definitely go back there

  5. This place is amazing. Many unique souvenirs and after your shopping, you can sit down to grab a drink and enjoy the sea view. Prices are a little high but you do not get the same thing along the same stretch of Fisherman’s Village

  6. Such a great Place with an amazing view!! Looks like Heaven! Perfect place for a coffee or fruit juice! And the Lady is very nice!

  7. We stayed here for four nights. Great location, spacious, clean, affordable and surprisingly quiet for being in the middle of the fisherman’s village. You can find this accom on Air B n B, or look up Blue Vanilla on the internet. The only thing it lacks is a stove/ hot plate. We would stay here again.

  8. I was so excited to visit this little shop based on my brother’s glowing review, but what we encountered was a surly woman who followed me around wherever I went. She was not friendly nor did she ever smile which was off-putting even after I said thank you several times. She barely said a word to me when I came up to buy some dried fruit. Never again.

  9. This shop looks cool and Chic, I like to take a break to sit and drink fruit shake and sip wine along the beautiful beach. Thank you for good service, take care and suggestions for travel around the island, her name is Jai.. good smile and friendly to me. . I promise to come back. I bought a lot of souvenirs from this store, especially red curry chili paste for Thai cooking class at my home . Thank you.and see you next trip!!

  10. This place was a lovely surprise, initially attracted by a sign for a cold cider (a nice change from beer called Moose), the staff were very friendly and offered us several treats from banana toffee through to coconut and chilli balls all of which were that good we of course brought bags to bring home. A pleasure to sit and watch the sunset
