Sam & Michael are very welcoming, they do a good job in making you feel looked after. I had a suit and shirts made in a few days during my stay in Phuket, the suit and shirts turned out perfectly after some minor adjustments. The prices are excellent, depending on where you’re from you’re unlikely to get a custom made suit for anywhere near the prices they offer. They have a large range of materials that would compete with suit stores in London (UK) and I picked out a lovely blend for my suit of wool and cashmere. The only negative on the suit itself is the ‘Sam Boutique’ logo will show in the suit, I do not like that it has a gmail address on the tag, you should consider removing the email address as it cheapens the product in my eyes. The only negative I experienced from a sales perspective would be the hard push for upselling, I expect once I tell people what I want they will not push (more than once) to sell me additional items, however my overall experience was fantastic and Michael is a true professional. If you are in Phuket around Karon and work in a city, these suits are better value than almost anything you can find. Whether for a wedding, party or business suits you will not be disappointed.

Well….what can I say…..we only went in to have a look around and as soon as we walked in we were greeted by the lovely Michael……we only went in for a look around and ended up buying 10 shirts for my husband……most were for work but a few for best……at no time did we feel pressured to buy anything but the quality and extensive choice of material was spectacular…….Michael certainly knows his stuff and his expertise was gladly appreciated…….I ended up buying a shirt for casual wear which was beautiful and a Chinese blouse which was just so beautiful……Infact I went back 2 days later and ordered a beautiful pink linen casual jacket……they are so professional in their approach and we both had a couple of fittings to make sure the fit was exact! My husband was so impressed he ordered some trousers for special occasions…..honestly if you get the opportunity please visit this place…..if you went to M&S there’s no way you would get the quality and fit of these items……Thankyou so much Michael we are two very happy customers…..5 star service and quality!
I have to give this man a 11/10, he is the best at what he does and I can’t thank him enough for making me the smartest, best quality suits in just a few days. The quality is not beaten and I have spent a lot of money in the past with big retailers who have not delivered what this man has.
