This was an excellent service. Used The Exclusive Transfer both ways from the airport. Very good communication regarding the booking and the drivers/cars. Vehicles were clean and comfortable and the drivers very good. This is not a meet and greet in the terminal service but we only had a short wait for the driver when we arrived at the pick up place. Paid the drivers the agreed price at the end of the journey.

We used Exclusive Transfers to travel door to door from our hotel near Suvarnabhumi airport direct to our hotel on Koh Chang Island and then return 2 weeks later. We found they were quick to respond on WhatsApp to confirm our pick up and destination points even providing map locations. We were able to change our return drop off location without any issues. They provided the same car and driver for both trips. The car was well maintained and very clean. Mr Man our driver drove smoothly at the speed limit with one 10-15 minute comfort break midway through the journey. We will definitely use them again.

Well organised, prompt and efficient service. It’s about A$60 compared to A$30 for a taxi, but less hassle, Bangkok airport can be a nightmare. I’ve had varying experiences with taxis in SE Asia’s major cities, and now that I’m older and retired, I prefer the guaranteed easier option. Exclusive transfer operate through WhatsApp and keep you up to date with the driver’s name and a picture of the car showing number plate for easy identification. I used them three times on my recent trip.

We have used The Exclusive Transfer several times between Bangkok and Rayong, Khao Yai and Hua Hin during 2024.
