Krishna and his nephew (Erjun) was so helpful and really easy to do business with from the minute we came in. He was not pushy at all, let us take our time to think and made us feel very comfortable, his English was excellent and he was really experienced and knowledgeable. If you are like me and have only ever bought off the rack suits, you might also be like I was, a little nervous about engaging a tailor in a foreign country to make a suit for you.If that is you, then I recommend you go and see Krishna and Harry at Krishna Tailor.With so many tailors to choose from in Khao Lak, why did I choose these guys? The quality of the suits they had on display in the window was what first struck my eye. Talking to Krishna, there was no hard sell, no dancing around pricing he simply told me what I would expect to pay, asked me to look at his reviews online and come back if I wanted to take a closer look at the quality.Cutting to the chase – I got two amazing, stylish suits from them that are unique and unlike anything I would find on the rack.I was concerned that I would be disappointed with the fit. The guys assured me firstly that I didn’t have to pay anything till I was happy, and that there would be multiple fittings along the way to ensure that I was completely happy. That is exactly what happened. My first fitting was about 5 hours after placing the order. To my amazement, the first set of pants were complete just requiring some minor alterations around length.On the second fitting when I asked for an alteration to the length of the jacket and apologised, Krishna and Harry reminded me that I did not need to apologise, that they were there to produce something that I would be happy with. They genuinely take pride in their work and seeing their customer happy with the outcome.I am very happy with the end product, both suits are definitely on par with the quality of other suits I have (that I paid a lot more for). They don’t have a big name brand on them, but who cares – they are beautiful, fit perfectly and will make me stand out at my next business or social event.If you are thinking about doing it, go and see these guys. Don’t expect to pay bargain basement prices, expect to pay less than an equivalent off the rack would cost, but for a much nicer outcome.
We had a beautiful 3 piece suit made here. They have a very good selection of different material available to suit all budgets. We were looking for a specific pattern and colour and They were the only place who had the what we were after! A very quick, detailed and professional service. And the suit is absolutely beautiful. They made any and all alterations requested and gave input and advice when needed.
