Tommy Taxi is a good service if you want a private, air-conditioned service to or from Bangkok airport. Free water is provided, which is very welcome after the heat of the terminal and the city in general. My only comment is that the meeting area at the airport is pretty chaotic, and while I found my meeting person without trouble, I was then asked to wait for about 10 minutes while she found the other 3 people she was looking for. I get that they need to streamline things and get the greeters to multitask, but I was pretty tired and hanging around was a little bit of an inconvenience in what is otherwise a great service.
