Hardest thing about the Avenue movie theatre is finding out what’s on. Most times the site doesn’t work and if it does, you only get a short notice before the movie starts. Don’t bother trying to plan to see a movie tomorrow. Haven’t been able to do it yet. Once you get there, everything thing else is great.
I loved my movie here. I went to the first class cinema the food they had on offer was good. Chairs were comfortable
The movie itself is OK, but the srvices are terrible… no orange soda pop already one month, ( ” Now finit ” ) the site and the application almost never works, hard to plan what and when to see.
This is located on 2nd a Road, not far from Royal Garden Plaza. You buy tickets on the 2nd floor and the cinema entrance is on the 3rd floor.Don’t arrive early as staff control entrance very tightly and only let you in 5 minutes ahead of the programme start.Prices are very reasonable and the seats very comfortable, with partial recline.The only criticism is that the air con is kept cranked up and it is positively arctic inside the auditorium.
The cinema is a good option to watch a movie if you are in the area. It is not as high-end or plush as some others in Pattaya but the prices are cheaper as well. Great way to spend a couple of hours in air-conditioned comfort especially in hot weather.

So now it’s not as cold you can actually enjoy the movie, they have a special price on Wednesday all movies 100. It’s clean and less contested than others. As all the same movies plenty of parking etc.

They have adjusted the air con so it’s much better.I like it here as it’s quiet and never busy…I can park my bike outside so very conventional for me.
1. They not speak English! (Just basic basic) 2. Many movies are only showed in Bangkok! (Limited offer in Pattaya) 3. Monthly package is a scam! (They let me pay full price and give me only 2 weeks) 4. Cineplex looks like an abandoned place! (Never have seen more than 10 people) 5. Popcorn and drinks are way overpriced! (Prices are higher here then in Europe) 6. Movie hours/offers could be managed way better! (Not based on regular customers who are living/working here)
