  1. I booked this as one of our first experiences on our holiday in Pattaya. From the beginning the communication with the staff was excellent. They always responded to my questions promptly. Today was finally the day and we were so excited, even if the kids were a little nervous. This was our first time snorkeling for all of us. We were collected from our hotel withing the time frame specified and taken to the pier where we met up with another mini bus full of people. Staff were friendly and informative throughout the breifing and everyone’s safety is their top priority. We went out with about 12 other people, some of which were scuba diving and others who we’re snorkeling like us. The first site was for diving and we waiting on the boat for about 30 minutes while they were down. The captain kept us entertained with his excellent taste in eighties music. Once the divers returned, we moved closer to the island for the snorkellers to take a swim. We had our own dedicated instructor and he took excellent care of my 4 and 8 year olds making sure they were safe at all times. After another 30-40 minutes we moved to a third site for a second round of snorkeling. This site was not my favorite as it was adjacent to a sharp rocky cliff face and the current/waves were a little stronger. Once back on the boat, a delicious lunch of Thai curry, rice, vegetables and chicken was served. There was also cold beers, soft drinks and hot coffee available to purchase but drinking water was free. Once lunch was done we moved to a fourth site where divers and snorkellers could both take a dip. This site was calm, much like the first and the kids loved seeing all the different kinds of fish. We were then taken back to the pier and returned to our hotel via the minibus. Overall and excellent day out which felt really well organised and very safe. We even made some friends! Thank you Arnold, Bang and the team at Seafari!

  2. Bang, the snorkelling instructor was great with my two children who had never Snorkelled before, the rental equipment was in great condition and the food was delicious, great locations were visited and apart from my small fight with the coral the day was very good. thank you!

  3. I did a solo trip to Pattaya and dive with seafari for 3days. Staff Parn help me organise this dive trips and advice me in which hotel to stay. She’s very attentive in boat and her English is very good. The boat captain and boat boys were very friendly and engaging as well. There’s no hard selling of drinks on boat as well. Refreshment were included in my Dive package. While under water the dive instructor make sure everyone was ok. When they see any interesting fishies they take the initiative to show everyone too! Had lots of fun diving with dive instructor Arnold, Danny and one more Thai Diver. (Sorry I forgot his name). I’m Glad during my dives I manage to dive with Parn too! She helped me take lots of picture of me. ?? And do look for Parn if you need and help with the dive packages!! ?? They make my solo trip happening and fun. Glad that they take very good care of me too. Highly recommended!! ??

  4. If you’re in Pattaya and you’re looking to do your Open Water Divers course, I’d highly recommend Seafari. It was clear from day one that these guys held a high degree of knowledge in this area and took every precaution to ensure my experience in PADI was a safe (and fune) one. I’d like to make a particular shoutout to Dan Johnson for giving me a fantastic experience in diving and also for his professionalism and expertise in this area. I always felt 100% safe and secure under the guidance of Dan! As a first time traveller I can say with confidence these guys can be trusted and I plan to return in 2019, hopefully, to do my Advanced Divers course!

  5. We took the 3-day PADI open water diving course (which certifies you to dive up 18 m). After an initial knowledge review and knowledge test we had a day’s training in the pool with our very kind & funny instructor who gave us several helpful advice along the way. The 2nd and 3rd day took place in the sea. Diving in open water turned out to be more difficult than in the pool but our instructor supported us in every step on the way we had a safe and awesome dives. As first-time divers, we were amazed by the beauty and sense of peace you feel being underwater surrounded by tons of colorful fish. It was an experience well never forget and we’re glad that we went with such a fun, supportive and professional guide.

  6. Great day out diving with Neil and the team at Seafari, would recommend them for a dive in Pattaya. We went to the far islands for 2 dives, good visibility and plenty to see on both.Boat was very comfortable, plenty of space to sit and relax between dives. Good lunch and nice fresh fruit on the journey to and from the divesite.

  7. I was lucky enough to have Dan as my instructor, and considering I hadn’t done a scuba dive in over ten years, he made me feel so at ease and confident from the get-go. He was patient in going through everything with us, and was even happy to take photos (for only 500baht) so I could have some stunning reminders of this gorgeous dive.We we’re lucky enough to see (and swim alongside — but obviously not touch!) a pair of turtles, which was magical, and I saw a jellyfish in the reef. So that was really cool. But aside from the more novel sights, the sight of the tiny fish schooling around us was breathtaking. I would recommend this experience to anyone, and I really hope in the future I’ll be able to come back and do it again.Other information:The water here isn’t (apparently) as clear to see through as some places people dive, as there is a lot of food for all the species in the water and so I’d say visibility is about three or four metres.Seafari were amazing in how they went through everything, which made me feel very safe — definitely a plus when it comes to an activity like this! The food provided was absolutely delicious. I was expecting sandwiches but it was actually lovely, hot Thai food which was so good I found myself going up for seconds!I don’t have much experience with the other instructors, but can say with confidence that if Dan is anything to go by, this diving school provides a very professional and wonderful place to learn to dive.Communication was good, there was someone in touch with me confirming pick up details etc. Gave me confidence before I had even met them. They do not allow you to touch anything, which shows they are a responsible business in my opinion, safeguarding the environment and creatures above all else.

  8. I have been diving with this group for nearly 6 years. Great group of divers, able to accommodate various diver skills levelDiving visibility is questionable depending on location and time of year. This has always been a good location for training to expose the diver to different levels of visibility and current. The refurbished newly purchased dive boat has a great layout and upgrade includes electric compressors, DIN tanks, upgraded bathrooms and kitchen. The captain is the same; polite and safety minded.Office staff are on time, professional, and polite.

  9. Great experience with the dive center. Everyone there is very polite and super friendly. If your looking to just fun dive or get certified I highly recommend it. Also my instructor Danny Stubbs was amazing super chill and great feedback while certifying.

  10. Curt and Trevor helped us to finish our open water in a short amount of time. They were kind, courteous, and professional at all times. The company ran smoothly with pick up and drop off and boat times. Would highly recommend.
