THANN Sanctuary Spa is perched on a picturesque hilltop overlooking Central World, 2nd Floor, 10330, Thailand
i booked an aromatherapy massage session for 2 at Thann. locating the store was a little challenging due to the language but also because the storefront was not what i expected for a spa session – there were clothes racks, along with aromatherapy essentials. *hint* it’s located just beside the entrance to ZEN department store.we sat down and were asked to select our choice of essential oils. we opted for the popular jasmine and rose, and we led to a large, beautifully decorated room. you could almost feel your tension melting away even before the massage began. the therapist was very skilled, and already knew which areas to focus on. we were asked to specify our preferences beforehand, but even then, at appropriate times, she still asked gently if the pressure was sufficient. to top it off, we used the attached shower cubicles to rinse off the massage oils (probably not the best thing to do after an aromatherapy massage) and helped ourselves to the essential oil infused shower products. a piece of fruit and a warm cup of tea greeted us back at the reception area, and we were also offered a 10% discount on any purchases made at the store. it was definitely my most memorable spa and wellness experience in bangkok to date!
All the description by SK was experienced by myself and hubby – great service, really relaxing rooms and good choice of oil. We also completed a form to indicate how we want massage strength ( firm, light) and area of focus – the masseurs were attentive and followed our preference. I also appreciate that the masseurs did not chat during the session, which is something that happens quite a lot in ThailandMassage rooms had shower cubicles, all the Thann products were for use; from facial foam to shampoo, shower gel and creams. Good quality products. All in it was a really wonderful experience The only point to note is the price. Slightly on high side – approximately 2000 baht for an hour , 2800-3000 for 90 minutes
There are lots of choices for spa in Thailand, in particular in Bangkok. Of course, you could always find a cheaper one in the street for foot massages or traditional thai massages. However, for a seasoned traveller to Bangkok like me, ordinary spa could not feed my appetite. I pamper myself by choosing “Unveil the beauty”, which is required to be advanced booking at least a day before. The package lasts for 150 minutes. Throughout the treatment, the masseurs are highly skillful with well-controlled pressure from their finger tips to relax my tiredness. After the treatment, some complimentary tea sets are served to end the treatment perfectly. I am now still missing the relaxing moment in Thann Spa, and I would definitely book another spa treatment next time during my stay in Bangkok.

We shop here every time we are in Bangkok.The soaps especially the rice ones are just fantastic super sent but not overpowering and the face lotion is just the best.I would not hesitate to buy anything here it’s all top quality
